Scalp care is so key in healthy hair growth and retention, love that green tea and nettle combo. With leftovers leaves, flowers and seeds you can blend them up with your favourite gloss, hair mask, or prepoo for more added benefits
My favorite is the alma, hibiscus and fengreek hair tea!! I use it every few days to remoistuize my scalp before applying Ayurvedic hair oil. It works like a charm!
“You bring me joy” in my Anita Baker vocals! Love this! I use a tea rinse each wash day of either green tea mixed with hibiscus tea or a premixed herbal blend from henna sooq underneath my DC so you ALREADY know these will be put into rotation. I haven’t used a tea as a spritz before so I’ll need to see what’s up with that. Thanks curlfriend for keeping me on track with my hairs goals because in a minute I’m gonna be able to say “TWA where?” XOX
Hi Proud Proud Mane, Congratulations, your daughter is beautiful like you, you need to hire her for your spokesgirl, she is dynamite!!! Great job Mom & Daughter!!!😊🤗
Nice video! I love these herbs. When I make teas with fenugreek seeds, I usually put it in the blender with some extra water. They are soft so it blends easily. The fenugreek will release a mucilage. I then put it through my nutmilk bag to remove any large particles that may get stuck in my hair. It works as a nice treatment and the slip from it is crazy!!!
Thank you my hair is still short . But I love tea rinses they make my scalp so cool and refreshed! I love the tingle and I believe that’s my scalp receiving the nutrients!!
Amazing hair tea, I'm definitely going to try all of them and see wat happens to my hair. My hair is in a bad condition. I need a break through with my hair. I appreciate your tips. Thanks so much. 🙌🙌
Well I tried the hicibis and fenagreek and that just made my hair dry... I had grapseed oil, castor oil, and pumpkin seed oil in it and my hair turned out dry.
Maybe avoid the fenugreek. It appears to work like a protein. You might protein sensitive or that type of protein does not work well for you like in my case. I try fenugreek 2 times in my hair journey and it fail so bad. Same goes for rice water, oat. But keratin protein works fine on my hair.
Iam watching you from Maputo- Mozambique and i have been learning so much with you. Videos. Thanks a lot for sharing. I would like to try the amla fenugreek and hibiscus spray but i have a question: is the water used in the soray cold or hot? Lots of love from Maputo😍
What do you suggest for people like me who want growth but my scalp just doesn’t like oils to sit on it...I wish I could use your growth oil but I know I’ll be itching so bad cause my scalp is just dumb.
Have you tried a scalp detox? Are you intolerant to ALL oils or specific oils? Jojoba oil is most similar to the sebum our hair naturally produces so that might be a viable option to try. If that's not an option, detox your scalp and stick to water based treatments like the tea rinses, the spritz, exfoliation, masks etc. (That can do on your scalp)
@@ProudMane every time I try using any oil on my scalp within a few days my scalp gets to itching like crazy. My scalp just likes to be clear of everything. And no I haven’t done a scalp detox...will you do a video on them?? I’m going to definitely try these rinses tho.
@@ProudMane yay!! Thank you!! Honestly to tell you the truth my scalp itches when wet so even when I sweat my scalp itches like crazy lol does that sound like a scalp that needs to be detoxed?? I hope so cause I want to use oil so bad. I only use it on my hair or as a hot oil treatment/prepoo but I feel like if I’m able to leave it on my scalp I would get better results

Great to know
That’s right Yvette ... and I also like to use any leftovers twice. Waste nothing over here lol .. It can be used in your DIY oil as well.

I grew up in India and used so many of these ingredients, you have a great understanding of these ingredients.❤️
😲 NEVER throw away the leftover, ALWAYS blend it up & make a great hair mask !!!

Apply the oil first then the tea it should sort it :)))
Fenagreek is protein i believe so if You dont need it that might be the issue.
What helps is when you do the rinse on your scalp deep condition your hair and leave it in for 20 minutes that worked for me .

Helllooooo. Thanks for watching. No. Keep the water cool!
Thanks for answering.
God bless you
Ok baby girl 😆
What about black tea?
Hi, can you a tea rinse in twists?
Does amla seeds smell ?
You could've used the remains for a hair mask ☺️
How often should we rinse!?
What do you suggest for people like me who want growth but my scalp just doesn’t like oils to sit on it...I wish I could use your growth oil but I know I’ll be itching so bad cause my scalp is just dumb.
Create a fenugreek and aloe spritz for your scalp and use three times per week.
These tea rinse suggestions are fabulous.

How long can the rinse stay in? A week? Thanks
Do you rinse the hair rinse out of your hair?
Don't have to rinse tea out, unless you have lighter colored hair. It stains.
I found salted alma...can I just rinse the salt off and still use it ?
How often should you do this
Are these good for kids?
Yes
You have a twin
May I use salted alma? I found it locally. Thanks
Salted amla? I'm not sure about that one. The salt might inhibit the treatment.
@@ProudMane ok. Thank you
Hi can I use hibiscus power if I don't have the leaves on hand?
Yes
@@ProudMane thank you I love your channel btw.
@@teraburns3 thanks so much 🤗
