Kumar sells at the market in Totnes, England. He is a wonderful human being with a beautiful soul. This story came out last year in the UK. It's nice to see him getting more coverage.
Bless you, Kumar. I wish more livestock farmers would follow their conscience and find another livelihood. You did it!
💚 thank you for choosing life and compassion
Yes, sheep are wonderful, innocent, peaceful b-a-a-a-ing animals who deserve to be treated kindly at sanctuaries and as pets, and not on factory farms and heading for slaughter. Message to everyone: Save the lambs and sheep!!
@@alvexok5523 yes defently, all animals should be treated the same and be treated with love and compassion to live out their rest of lives with no fear or abuse. We can't forget out sea friends too.
@@jaynesixx2185, that's right. Any animal that has the ability to walk, run, swim, eat, drink, make their sounds (b-a-a-a, moo, grunt, etc.) also has the ability to think and feel. They wouldn't be able to do those things if they couldn't, because the animals thinking and feeling is what makes them decide to run, eat, b-a-a-a, moo, etc. It's as simple as that.
We need to keep trying to save them from any pain, fear, or suffering. I just wish that there were more people in the world that cared about ending the suffering of innocent animals
@@alvexok5523 Same here, it is very stressful some times talking to people that don't make the connection and I'll we can do is educate people and the videos do the rest. 🐷 and onk, animals are more smarter then people give then credit for and you can tell what a animal is feeling but the sounds and the pain in their eyes. Vegan is growing and it's not going anywhere.
ANIMALS WANT LOVE JUST LIKE YOU!!!!!
Such a sweet man, good to know there’s some good people out there
Proud of you for your decision! I love Farm Sanctuary and have been following them for a very long time!
We love you, Kumar.
Love this story!!!
WOW- great story😊 thank you for all you do❤
Who disliked this? 😂 Like how low are you? 😅😅
A farmer who doesn't feel the same. One who may even like beating animals.
@@GSatiFan, and these people who physically torment these farm animals don't get in legal trouble because laws against abusive treatment of farm animals that will anyway be killed in mass production for meat are so loosely enforced. Now if they're ever caught doing the same to a dog, they'll be going to jail. Nevermind that dogs and farm animals all have the same types of sentient feelings and emotions, and all experience the world around them in the same kinds of ways. When will the general masses start looking at cats and dogs, and cows, sheep, and pigs as equals? Just imagine the public horror if cat or dog meat was ever seen under cellofane at the supermarket. But beef, pork, and lamb is seen under cellofane at the stores every day and most people don't care. When will people realize that when it comes to how the animals feel themselves, there's basically no differences between cats, dogs, pigs, sheep, and cows?
Beautiful video...kind,intelligent man w a heart...needed a happy video like this.I can never understand why or how,a farmer can being their animals to slaughter...ANOTHER AWFUL ... Thing I never realized was when you go to your county fairs and you see the sheep,in the stalls and they have ribbons and won in placement etc....these poor sheep after sweating at these hot loud fairs go right to slaughter...so sad......PEOPLE NEED MORE EMPATHY...
@@nikkinick6676, I didn't even know that the sheep at fairs automatically go to slaughter afterwards. That's awful, those poor sheep. Lambs and sheep should be pets, not food
@@alvexok5523 I never knew this either,we were at a local Pennsylvania fair, and one of the farmers kept one sheep ,but said most go slaughter, growing up my friends were in 4hclub,I didn't know this is what happens to livestock...pretty sad.. I feel guilty ...I'm always checking the animals out at the fairs...
Wonderful story. Kindness like that is contagious.
Im glad you followed your heart.
Thank you so much for saving these wonderful sheep. These animals have just the same capacity to be loving and affectionate pets as dogs do, yet so many people still insist on drawing this line separating cats and dogs, and sheep and pigs. The latter two animals don't have any differences from the former two animals in possessing feelings and emotions. They are all sentient in the same ways. They are all mammals with the same abilities to learn and to feel and to love and enjoy things and other animals/people. The only way that they're different is in many humans on insisting that some of them should be meat and the others pets. But all that is is people deciding that they're different. In reality, they are not different.
Thank you for saving these wonderful sheep. I know that I already said that, but I wanted to say it again.
He is a wonderful human being indeed!
God bless you all ❤️
All it takes is for one person to make the decision and follow through with the change, and that opens up for others to follow as well. This man has helped to set a new idea into motion, and it won't be long before other farmers do the same.
Ewe rock! 💚💚💚

I love this man.
My heart just simply bursts when I see such compassion towards animals. What a wonderful man and what beautiful, lucky sheep!!!
Kumar you should call yourself the 'Masala Dosa Farmer'.... I'm thrilled you managed to change your career to one that is so much more positive. x
I love the fact that all his sheep have their long tails. That tells you something about him, that he didn't hack off their tails like in the industrial sheep farms do with no pain killers. Love this story. He followed his heart. Lovely and kind man.
Beautiful. Thank you Kumar. You are an angel .
This man made the connection ❤❤
This is a heart warming video. Compassion is growing . Change is happening.
I truly hope so!!! 😔
Very moving video as this man made a change thank you

What a beautiful story. Thank you for following your heart and saving your flock from the torturous horrors of slaughter. I'm so happy they get to live out their days with each other. You have a very kind, compassionate soul. I hope more people follow suit and save lives of farm animals. Thank you again.

I love people like this! I wish his dosas were sold here, in the U.S. though. We need more business people like him
We need so many more like him.
If he accomplishes nothing else he can be very proud of himself. I hope he can find a good use for the wool.

God Bless you for saving these beautiful sentient beings from God. Love you!
Wooooooow another proud Sri Lankan! Happy for you mate!
Much love to yo way!!...
You are a Leader ! and we Thank you*
I bet the Vegan food you are now preparing is DELICIOUS - we love you, Kumar - you are intelligent, smart, wise, compassionate with a conscience - the more like you in the world, the BETTER - if it feels wrong, you have to ask, “why?” - of course the Animals KNOW - they are sentient beings - just like us humans - the clincher is that we have so much delicious, nutritious food on our menus NOT derived from animals - WHY KILL them? - we NEED NOT murder them - let them live - they too want to live and enjoy life - THANK YOU, Kumar - by the way, the number of former farmers like you is growing & growing - recently, a couple decided to go into MUSHROOM farming after they closed their Dairy Farm.
Bendiciones desde México 🇲🇽🇲🇽🙏🙏❤️🐷🐄🐏🐑🐩🐮🐗🐎🦌🐐♥️♥️💞🙂

Such animal cruelty is not acceptable in a civilized society. Kumar should be congratulated for his decision.
Kumar, you're a beautiful man. Thank you for thinking of your lambs as animals and not bringing them to slaughter. Wish there were more people like you in this world. Please pass on your heroism to other people and preach your word's. The lambs you owned thank you

Legend
It takes one man’s courage driven by his compassion to make a difference to animals and his life as well!
As Cleveland Amory said "we need a new kind of Army, an Army of the kind." God bless you, Sir and all others who say no to meat.
To all the vegan activists, chefs, atheletes, and educators and all these type of people in the world, thank you for being a beautiful human being 🙏
Well done for breaking the cycle! What a lovely gentleman ❤
Thank you.
Good men. This life changing event you have made for them will be rewarded to you in so many ways. Thank you for being kind.
How lovely, thank you for being so kind
Bless this farmer ❤️
💕
💘
That is awesome you stood by your integrity within. It is okay, and good. The females wool needs clipping, and that is worth money. And it is kind. They must be clipped anyway or they get matted. Wonderful soul in that man that he listen to it.
Love him... so happy for his sheep! What a wonderful man...
Grow a pair.
Ever tried home slaughter?
What a lovely human❤
