      These Belgian style glasses are my favorite for beer. Just enough stem to not warm up the beer when you hold it, slightly tapered at the top. I need to order like 6 of them

    Nice recovery... This was a good video sir. I'm interested in trying a beer in this style. I was thinking a 1554 clone.

    I love 3470, but I’ve noticed if I ferment under pressure the sulfur doesn’t blow off as much as I would like. I’ve made an effort to ferment most of the way with one or two psi and then spund for just the last few points.
    I think your final gravity is high because of the dark and roasted grains

      Thanks for the tip. The sulfur did clear up after a week or 2 so I think you are right.

      Maybe the yeast. But it actually cleaned up and is just fine now after a few weeks in the keg !
