I’m relatively new to this game and I picked the 20th just because it looked very well-rounded. Now that I’m actually learning how to play, it seems like a great choice overall. I’m now experimenting with the 16th which is tank heavy I guess, and a little bit more expensive but can be good for certain battles.

16th is a much harder division to use. They have some far more significant weaknesses and are not highly favored by the meta

Should we always choose artillery leader over artillery observer for the artillery portion of a deck?

They serve two distinct roles. The leader is for the veterancy. The radio is a coincidental benefit. The observer is really a recon unit that you may be able to sneak behind enemy lines to call in really accurate counter arty. I always bring the leaders since those help all your units. Aufklarers in the recon tab serve a similar purpose to the observe, although naturally lacking the radio
