The law in Illinois allows police departments of cities with a population of 800,000 or higher to have all blue. All other law enforcement must have red and blue.
@florida.cameron Blue can make you stand out more in a sea of red brake lights. That's for sure. And people can see it more quicker than other colors. My parents and I were on a highway at night, and I saw a tow truck ahead. My mom saw the blue lights, but not Amber, and she thought it was police and she panicked and yelled at my dad to slow down. On that same night, I saw an ambulance behind us. It was by kilometers. My mom saw the blue lights, while I saw the red and white, and she again thought it was police, and panicked. My dad does have a history of overspeeding.
@florida.cameron Idk whats with the logic of Illinois lawmakers, because the law allows volunteer fire crews to use blue lights without sirens or airhorns. They can't break road rules, pulling over is optional, and they are not emergency vehicles. Meanwhile, chiefs' personal vehicles are emergency vehicles, can break road rules, can have sirens, and people must pull over. They must use red lights.
The new CPD stickers look great!
Agreed!
Wow! Nice catch! Those new CPD FPIUs with the new markings look great! Probably one of the best in USA ;) I subscribed! :)
Thank you so much!
I love the new Federal Signal Lightbar and the Pathfinder Siren, but I am gonna miss them having Soundoff Signal on their cars.
Ehh kinda the opposite for me. But yeah
It’s the Allegiant light bar from Federal Signal
Idk why but soundoff sounds like knockoff sirens from GTA SA
Some of them still have the sound off siren
@@somedreybloke The SA siren is a knockoff siren already lol
Love that new 2020 Ford police interceptor gorgeous
Same!
I can make a 1/64 scale diecast one
It would be awesome if they added more interceptors from dodge; you don’t see those around

Must Agree!!
Love the Allegiant light bar and Navigator siren.
I think you mean "Pathfinder" siren ;)
how are they using a fed sig siren with a sound off lightbar
Idk
They wired the siren controller to the light bar I think
Chicago now uses the LAPD siren dope
Yup! Was pretty happy for that
i thought the US used red and blues! looks very simular to one of our ARV vehicles over here in the uk. obviously all US vehicles are ARV though lol
You are correct however there are cities like Chicago that uses all blue.
