As long as you can reach the ground with one leg it doesn't fking matter. Bikes are for riding, not standing, sports bikes are also meant for tracks and long stretches of roads, its ergonomics isn't gonna make even a 7 footer comfortable if you got to stop or slow down in traffic and pedestrian crossings every 30 seconds. That's why scooters are more popular in cities like Amsterdam and London no matter how tall you are.
