We are getting less large displacement 4 cylinder bikes, and this is an alternative place for the market to grow into. It takes time eventually a deal will come out right now it's just starting, prices aren't gonna be where we want them. That's why you buy used. Come on Honda, i want a 250 CC 4 cylinder engine that revs to 25,000 RPMs make it happen.

I had my clutch start slipping on my '23 N400 like that 3 days before my first track day, upgraded springs which helped. Still had it happen a couple of times only bc i didnt leave enough slack in the clutch cable
same issue on my Z400 before it got totaled. I upgraded the Clutch entirely too a race-spec clutch. I was actually the guy in Adobos Video when he rode my MT-09 SP

I have this bike, with this tune. It might be the cable, as others have said. Not to say the springs are fine, but mine was 100% the cable. Also, my insurance is the same as a regular ninja 400, (very very low) and they wanted WAY more for a zx6r.
This bike is not cheap. It's the cost of technology and miniturisation. It's not a bike for the masses. BUT, it's worth every penny. Stoplight acting like it's expensive when you start cutting 02 sensors off. Then buy a complete exhaust system that not and better than just a slip on . No one complains how must Acrapovic costs.
Maybe try playing with clutch cable adjustment before replacing the springs. Myself and several others I know with 4RRs never had clutch slippage with tunes.
@@adobomoto please give an update if the clutch cable adjustment fixed the problem. Looking to flash my zx4rr and this is the first time hearing about clutch slipping issues.
Not going to solve the issue. Spears Enterprises has the parts you need. For some odd reason, Kawasaki runs the same clutch springs in the Ninja 400, Ninja 500, and probably this ZX-4RR. Penny pinching I guess.

Honestly my job summed up. Whenever I work on a machine I've never dealt with before. The first time is the worst, I always take stuff off that didn't need to come off making the job longer. But if I end up getting the same machine with a similar issue I'm in the know so I take minimal parts off. That's just life.. If you know you know.

Here in the UK all our tracks besides Silverstone have pretty short straits and are really tight and nadgery perfect for these little screaming pocket rockets. Way more fun riding the wheels off a great handling "low power " bike than fearfully hanging on for dear life to a litre bike as you wrestle it around the track.

rather than replacing the oem panel filter with another panel filter. would it not be better to remove the filter entirely and replace that with stack filters? 1 for each velocity stack. on a car i know it makes a big difference to power and sound, not sure about on a bike though

Good Day I love watching your video. I was wondering if you could make a video about riding a bike in USA/Canada vs riding bikes in Europe. Most Bike influencer content comes from north America and so most people in Europe get their bike advice from Americans. I see a lot of American influences say this and that is a good beginner bike for example a lot say you can start on a 600/1000cc bike bc you will get bored on a 300 or 400 very quickly. In most of Europe you will probably never get bored of a r3. As the roads are a lot narrower and bendier in Europe you will never really be able to use a bike to its full potential. I could go on and on about the differences but it would be nice if you could make a video about it so Europeans understand. I personally come from switzerland. All the people I know who have ridden 1000cc and sometimes 600cc sport bikes say their horrible to ride around caus they just got to much power. Also I think the bike gear situation would be a bit different. So it would be very nice if you could do a video about clarifying all this stuff to my fellow European idots Best wishes

I've never really had a issue with the clutch but just a few false neutrals. But I did break the crank so RIP to my 400.
didn't know hp was restricted in the US. luckily here in the Philippines by default it is around 76hp
