I built this custom exhaust for my Canam Maverick using 50 dollar univeral mufflers from Amazon. This is pretty easy to do for your side by side if you're handy.

I'm trying out some Chinese parts for a current build I am doing on a 98 350 Warrior. I like how you aren't afraid to try these out as it helps me save this guy some money and have a better idea on what to use and what not to use. Keep hammering these great vids little Bro!
China parts are hit or miss but in this case, these were actually pretty solid and they held up to abuse - hope you find some good parts for your warrior man!

I actually liked the OEM exhaust looks ...but, what a terrific sound she now has. SCREW the look ...it sounds awsome.
That exhaust looks great and sounds great. No reason to spend 5 times as much for the same performance or, close to it just to get name brand. It's your machine so if you're happy with it that's what matters

just in case you weren’t aware you want to make sure to run the machine for a while after washing to make sure all of the moisture is burnt out of that exhaust wrap or it will cause the header to rust out

should drill the rivets out again and leave the plastic covers off. They look more modern yes, but i feel seeing the welds and not having plastic makes them seem higher quality and they just look overall better without the covers.
Take a flashlight and put behind the rad and see how much of it is clogged up. I would definitely use a coil cleaner on it to remove all the baked on mud.
You should do a ride meet up one day where we all can go riding with you!

I have a Can-Am and man that thing sounds good for those hundred-dollar mufflers cuz it just to put a Yoshi on mine is like $500 yeah that that Can-Am sounds damn good

Honestly sounds like it runs fine man. My dads commander which is the same motor sounds just like that thing. They dont idle perfectly smooth. His has been that way since day one of being new. The ejk helped his a bit. I added fuel towards the top end. He has a full yoshi system and kn filter on his.

I like the covers on the end of the exhaust gives it a factory trick kind of look. The removal of the ss bands was a much better look sounds good I think

i subed after 1st Mav vid. Great job on narration and your work ethics and quality, very impressive. i really liked the low budget exhaust route you took and it does sound really good. I've used SS headers for VWs off of ebay before and was impressed with some of the higher cost knock offs.

Just FYI the shock on the upper part is threaded and there are two crossover rings one is a jam nut and other is holding spring inplace. You can just loosen the cross over rings and the spring will come right off. That’s how they are designed to come off not like hour basic coil over shock.
Thank you bro; that's how I planned to do it but the spring nut was supper tight; I don't have the right spanner wrench for it or I would have much preferred that method. I didn't want to be beating the ring with a punch and hammer for an hour to back it off and then do the same on the way down. I ordered the wrench for next time.

I have a 13 maverick also and I'm very interested in this exhaust but I've been looking for them sense you posted this. And It's funny how you give us a link for the slip on's, but yet Amazon doesn't have them and doesn't know if or when they might, And it's like they don't exist anywhere else either. So if you know were someone can actually find them, Please let me know.

Did the factory mufflers have spark arrestors USFS approved? Did putting on the aftermarket make it no longer USFS approved which could limit riding areas?
I am sure the OEM ones are USFS approved. Maybe with the inserts the aftermarket ones will pass; but the placed I ride to not require them; I did keep the inserts.

thank god those snorks r gone...that was hack job if i ever seen one lol....its cumn out nice buddy ur gunna love that machine try to hold on to it for awhile u wont regret it man, alot more machine then that ranger lol....i was totally againts these sxs from the start just felt they were for people who just couldnt ride lol...boy o boy was i wrong they have come so far over the past few years its insane....the guys from sxsblog.com changed my mind, they are old school shee owners too great group of guys started out smaller channel and blew up, ur on ur way man great content and nice work not cuttn corners if ur gunna do it might as well do it right congrats man hope the channel continues to grow...best of luck ps nepa guy here as well got sum coal in my elbows n knees to prove lol so i love seeing the coal, lets see u and stupidfast hit sum nice coal hills brings back memories hahaha...stay safe!!!!
