I use my mother's-in-law recipe and when she did the bread she dipped in the oil from cooking the onions then put the bread, onions and chicken under the broiler for a few minute and it was delicious.
That definitely sounds delicious too!

Thank you so much!
Thank you ❤️
You’re so welcome! 😊
I love Palestinian food
Same here!
This looks great! In Saudi we use the same ingredients, but different assembly. Ours look more like grape leave rolls (waraq enab).
For sure I’ll try this!
That's because the "palestinians" Are Mai ly from Saudi Arabia and Egypt
Thank you! I see the similarity for sure. I actually have a Lebanese Stuffed Grape Leaves (Warak Enab) recipe on my website too!

It’s still a Palestinian dish and that style of making also made by Palestinians.
Next recipe mansaf !!!
Thank you for the suggestion!
Can you make Mansaf? (A Jordanian recipe)
Doesn't the dry powder rub on the chicken not burn during oven cooking for 40minutes ? Personally id mix all the dry spices in a little olive oil and use the paste to rub into the chicken before roasting on a trivet of vegetables. Great recipe though I'll try it 🎉🎉🎉
It's not street food. It's gourmet food
MMMMMMMMMMMMMM
Can u please make knefe
Please can I have a recipe for this musakhan
At least she tells that it’s Palestinian food. But you are right, Musakhan is NOT a street food.
Wouldn't you rather combine the seasonings and oil in a bowl then brush it on? Seems easier doesn't it?
You could do that too! This way just saves from having to wash an extra dish haha
Guys try it with yogurt on the side
That sounds good too!
Sumakhan
What is sumac
Sumac is a middle eastern spice has a lemony taste. You'll find it in any middle eastern grocery shop.
This dish is not a street food! nothing about it fits the culture of street food! this is a traditional dish that you never find it in a street in whole Palestine. Maybe you will find falafel? but not musakhan please do not appropriate people's culture
