    If you guys want a band aid fix, go through the connect a new robot process, but at the end name the robot the same name as the previous one. It will keep your map and settings but basically reconnect the robot to the internet. Sometimes it takes 2 attempts.
    Either way, this video was useless, basically just says "restart everything cause thats the problem, if that doesnt work, youre SOL"

    I just rebooted the vacuum which solved the connection problem. If this is an ongoing issue, I will return the vacuum.

    What a worthless video: these products clearly have issues with connectivity but all you have to say is “reboot everything”. Right. Headed straight back to the store for return.
