I have never been so pumped and happy to have a eyebrow tutorial that has my eyebrows on point! I legit ran to wake up my husband, turned on the big light and everything, and made him look at how great they look (he's used to it lol) thank you so much for this video! No more going to get them done every 2 weeks!!
I’ve never felt more prepared after watching a tutorial for eyebrow shaping. Love it! I tried this and it worked rather well. I’m still trying to figure out the best natural shape for my weird brows but they definitely look more groomed after using this reference video. Thank you!!
SUMMARY You will need the following 8 things: eyebrow pencil, spoolie, string/thread, tweezers, makeup brush/dry cloth, eyebrow razor, small scissors, wet Q-tip or cloth Steps: 1. Use spoolie to brush *down* brow hair 2. Place string across top of both brows to line up and press down to create a line 3. Mark out line with eyebrow pencil and outline the natural curve of your brows 4. Pluck out hairs above the outline (if you have sensitive skin, numb with ice for 20-30s before tweezing) 5. Clean up with makeup brush or cloth 6. Then, use spoolie to brush *up* hair 7. Outline natural curve of brows with pencil 8. Pluck out hairs below the outline starting closer to eyelid and moving towards border (again, use ice to numb if necessary; create a tension by GENTLY pulling lid to the side...aggressive pulling can cause wrinkles) 9. Pluck hair in between brows 10. Clean up with brush or cloth 11. After tweezing, get the fine hairs by using eyebrow razor in downward motion; pull up on brow to create tension 12. Brush down brows with spoolie 13. Remove fine hairs above with razor, again in downward motion, also remove hair in between brows 14. Use spoolie to brush hair up 15. Cut off little extra hairs with scissors (don't overdo it) 16. Clean off borders and outlines with wet Q-tip (if needed, cool brows and sensitive skin with ice) 17. Fill in patchy areas with eyebrow pencil 18. Smile, you're beautiful
Every time I go to the parlor they give a new shape to my eyebrows, I was very much frustrated . But after this video I'm gonna do it by myself. Thanku so so much Smitha Mam ,you helped me atlot on this. Love u❣️
I started doing my own brows since everytime I went to get them threaded I asked for them to be cleaned they always shaped them and left them thin. Thank you for the tips.
This video was AMAZING!! I'm a teenager so I usually have to rely on my mom to get my brows waxed, so I thought to myself "Why don't I just do it myself?" I watched your video 1 time and that's all I needed. I shaped my brows perfectly the first time. Your video was so detailed and well instructed. Loved it. New subbie here💞
This is an INCREDIBLE tutorial thank you! My eyebrows are pretty unruly and up until now I've just been plucking them a bit but was never fully satisfied. I'm a beginner when it comes to learning anything related to make-up and this is the first brow tutorial I've watched and my eyebrows look amazing :)
You saved me and my eyebrows! Can't thank you enough! My brows are as dense as yours and recent times had made it absolutely unforgivable! But no more bad brow days all thanks to you!!
I used this video to do my eyebrows for the first time so they were REALLY bushy to begin with and it turned out so beautiful! Best tutorial ever! Thank you!
Best eyebrow tutorial ever!!! Simple, quick and to the point. I'll definitely be trying this! Thank you for saving me the money and the trips to the salon!
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU I’ve struggled with maintaining my brows for literally forever, and no one, legit NO ONE has explained it so simply, step by step like this for me before! I can’t thank you enough, truly. I feel like I have the confidence to try this and, hopefully, maintain it (though that part is entirely up to me, haha). Thank you, thank you. 🙇🏼
A better tip for pain - tweeze after a shower or bath when your skin is warm. Your pores are open and hair will tweeze a lot easier. Using ice will cause your pores to constrict and actually make it harder to pull hairs out!
This is the first time I've done more than just wing it when I'm trimming my brows and it flipping shows, they look so good! Thank you for this tutorial!!
Smitha, thank you for your straightforward, easy to comprehend explanations and demonstrations of these kinds of grooming and makeup techniques. Although we are completely different in our coloring and features (I’m fair complected with blonde hair and blue eyes, haha), I am learning so much from you. Thank you so much for being yourself and sharing your knowledge! Much love from Texas! 💕
This is a great tutorial! I learned a lot of new techniques! I’ve always had very dark and thick brows as well and it’s always been a struggle. I do my brows at home as well and they’ve always looked decent but I never knew before how to get them like this thanks for sharing!
Even I do my eyebrows by myself with the help of thread or eyebrow razor ♥️, eyebrow razors are really so easy n quick to use 😍 ..... You Are Amazing Guruji 🥰
This is my struggle I actually have a full set of eyebrows too! Just maybe I can follow your tutorial and not look crazy! Your final result looks very natural and beautiful.
Few days back I tried shaping my eye brows using a small pointed scissor. Yeah....it kind of worked but not as perfect as yours. This is a great help, will definitely do this at home. Don't have to go to the parlour anymore....thank you.
I just recently found your videos. I find them very helpful and easy to follow. I love how you say we can use the products we already have. This has to be the best eyebrow tutorial I have watched. Thanks so much Smitha!
Thank you so much, this was my first time doing my eyebrows by myself, and your video made it easy and stress free! 😀 So happy with how they turned out! 😊❤
Thank you for telling me the names of the products you recommend and double thanks for linking them! I'm super new to brow maintenance and had now idea where to start!
@ddaengjoon I personally wouldn’t recommend using ice. Although the ice will numb the area, it’ll also tighten the skin which will make it a little more difficult and possibly more painful to remove the hair. If you want to numb the area try using a numbing topical ointment that you can get over the counter and slightly stretch the skin when tweezing the hair. I hope this helps 😊
Trust me ...try using plucker, you'll be glad to do it on your own. You won't even need ice or any other replacements. It doesn't hurt at all, at least the pain is nothing in front of threading .. I tried it n it's worth it
I've been doing my eyebrows myself for years as far as plucking. I have bushy difficult brows. Out of all the videos I've seen yours definitely showed me tips that were definitely helpful go ahead 👧 👩👧 lol. Thank you
Thanks so much for growing out your eyebrows to show us how to groom your eyebrows this is AMAZING! I was scared to try before but after this video, I will be giving this a try!
trust me when I say, by the second of third time you pluck it barely hurts at all anymore lol. I normally just ice until the ice itself melts, then tweeze. Your mind plays a big factor too though! something what helps me personally is just repeat over and over in your head "Just mild pain, all pain goes away." and it does go away extremely fast. good luck shaping them!
As usual Smitha is light years ahead of the pack. Such a pleasure to just listen to her voice delivering all her wisdom. Brilliant video. There are so so many others out there and they are no doubt very very good but still Smitha beats them hands down because she is just so utterly normal. Love her.
This is so empowering, Smitha. Thank you so so much! It was the first time I groomed my brows myself. 😉❤️❤️❤️ couldn't go wrong with your tutorials. Keep up your great work, Smitha. You have no idea how life changing your work is to me and the rest of the beauty community.
I've started threading my brows since quarantine but I was having trouble shaping them and I was not satisfied with it. Thank you so much for making this video. Lots of love ❤😘
You are such an amazing human thank you. You make it look so easy. I tried the one step haircut it looked so easy when you did I found it slightly difficult may be the scissors weren't sharp enough but the result was awesome. I'm never visiting a salon for haircut again. Thanks to you
This is great Smitha! I have thick unruly brows similar to yours and I am to the point in my makeup journey where I want to learn how to do my brows myself, and get my tolerance to tweezing up as well. Thanks 💜
I’m so glad this video exists!! I can pluck my eyebrows but I didn’t know how to and when I go to the salon they wax my brows which gave me really bad burns every time I’ve waxed
This is my first time doing my eyebrows this way and I have to say as I follow along with the tutorial right now, I just finished my right eyebrow and I can totally see the difference in the two and I love it🔥💯🤗💚...thank you for sharing this tutorial and showing us how to achieve this groomed, manicured eyebrow look from home🔥🔥🔥...I don't usually comment but I just had to let you know🤗💚
This was so satisfying to watch 😍 and love the end result, so clean yet so natural, I'm going to try find some of those scissor tweezers, I've never tried them before and they look really good!
Omg my brows are naturally the same shape and thickness yours are and I wanted to find a video to groom them a LOT without removing any thickness or overall shape. Thank you!!! You just leveled up my brow game
the only time i liked the shape of my brows someone else did was the first time i got them done. the last time the girl botched one so they were uneven and since that moment they haven’t been as symmetrical as they once were. now i do them myself and i just follow my natural shape and clean a little bit. i prefer my brows to be not as clean or precise and like the shape. this video really helped me learn one thing or two. thanks a lot!
The lady who usually does my brows botched mine today...they’re not just uneven but half of my right brow is gone 😢 and that’s why I’m here today bc im not letting anyone touch my brows anymore
Hi Smitha! Great video! I just wanted to give a kind suggestion if you don’t mind. I personally wouldn’t recommend using ice to numb the area because ice will numb the area but it’ll also tighten the skin which may make it a little more difficult and possibly more painful to remove the hair. If you want to numb the area try using a numbing topical ointment that you can get over the counter and slightly stretch the skin when tweezing the hair. I hope this helps 😊
Awesome I am glad that I have come across with this video. I reside in England and when I arrived here I had long thick eyebrows. They are still there, but obviously, I have lost so much and no one satisfied me with their work. For some time I have not been to any beauty clinic because my experience hadn't been good.
the first time i tried plucking my eyebrows, my pores started bleeding, i don’t know if that’s normal? thank you for the help though, my brows are a meeeeeeess and i definitely needed this
When lockdown started getting my brows done was one amongst my main concerns.and i was so frustrated thinking how to do my brows for eid.but tada Smitha Ma'am like Shaktiman for us..always there for our rescue 😄😄.
I hate having to go to the parlour every week it’s become such a struggle since lockdown and plus the money you pay is expensive as well I went to a parlour who actually cut off my natural arch and I still paid her I was soo mad because now I have to grow out one eye brow more than the other if only I had done it myself. It is also best to do your own eye brows because you yourself know the natural shape and what you want. you are a genius and a life saver for uploading this ❤️❤️❤️❤️ please please make more videos similar to these
I just started my UA-cam channel and im very very bad with eyebrows. Still learning a lot of things .. Thank you for all the details. This helps. And you are beautiful.
Smitha I personally would like to say thank you for all that you bring to the beauty industry!! There is only one Smith a Deepak and I can assure you that your name is worldwide and I’m so glad that you’re in a much better place and so many people just adore you and you were always enlightening to us you always show us something new and hit and wonderful and it don’t you ever stop because you are the best thank you so much we love you
Literally the best tutorial I’ve ever seen! Ever since I’ve had brain surgery my brows are so uneven and I’ve been dying for something like this to help me. I’ll be trying this tomorrow. Thank you so much!
Thats mean I hope you find confidence in yourself and if you want try a professional to just clean up the eyebrow but no shaping otherwise it will be a dramatic change you may not like. Have a nice day and hope you make the right choice for yourself!
Ah, the classic tweezers…some things never go out of style, (and for good reason). History repeats itself even when it comes to EYEBROWS, (I.e.,cosmetic/beauty). I learned to tweeze my brows in the 70s-80s which, like learning to ride a bike, you never forget. Beauty requires time and effort‼️ So ladies, we cannot afford to shortchange ourselves with quick fixes or spending hard earned cash having someone else do things for us… I like how you’ve coined the phrase, Ms Smitha: “self help is the best help”.
Any more specific advice on the trimming part (last step)? I've been plucking my own brows for a long time, but I realized the other day that my hairs are extremely long and trimming them will make all the difference...very worried about accidentally clipping too much off, however.
The entire face looks good when the eyebrows are on point

my sensitive ass skin is crying but I’m gonna try this using ice 😔
ddaengjoon for me it was like that for the first and second times but it doesn’t hurt anymore.
I saw that someone said to put a hot towel for a bit cause that opens the pores,I hope this helps a bit
Trust me ...try using plucker, you'll be glad to do it on your own. You won't even need ice or any other replacements. It doesn't hurt at all, at least the pain is nothing in front of threading .. I tried it n it's worth it
Try stretching skin and then tweezing, works for my sensitive skin.

I just started my UA-cam channel and im very very bad with eyebrows. Still learning a lot of things .. Thank you for all the details. This helps. And you are beautiful.

Can you do the tutorial of how to shave the face? I am actually confused and also don't know the pros and cons of it so 😊
As someone with thick, unruly eyebrows but is perpetually broke, this video is a Godsend! Thanks for the tips!
Smitha I personally would like to say thank you for all that you bring to the beauty industry!! Literally the best tutorial I’ve ever seen! Ever since I’ve had brain surgery my brows are so uneven and I’ve been dying for something like this to help me. I’ll be trying this tomorrow. Thank you so much!
Her accent and intonation reminds me of my aunt and now I miss her 😭 💕
My mom is being very mean about my eyebrows and I don’t want her to do them so now I’m here😭
Same 😭🤚
Same 😭🤚
I know right! And one eyebrow is exactly like this one, but my other one is curved 😭
Thats mean I hope you find confidence in yourself and if you want try a professional to just clean up the eyebrow but no shaping otherwise it will be a dramatic change you may not like. Have a nice day and hope you make the right choice for yourself!
@@MissMichSan thank you 😊 🙏 I’ve actually found a spot to get them done since then
I am a grown woman and I still can't shape my eyebrows I have long eyebrow hair and its always been hard to shape them.
Same. :(
this is the best tutorial I've seen thus far! Thanks!
I've been threading my own eyebrows since forever, but then i watch these videos and really consider switching over to tweezing or shaving
Where can I by the scissors-machine? Pls help if You can . looking forward......☆☆☆☆☆😇😇😇😇😇
@@sonjadenicola7846 i think you can get most of the stuff shown here through Amazon
@@sonjadenicola7846 there are links mentioned in the description too
Ah, the classic tweezers…some things never go out of style, (and for good reason). History repeats itself even when it comes to EYEBROWS, (I.e.,cosmetic/beauty).
I learned to tweeze my
brows in the 70s-80s which, like learning to ride a bike, you never forget.
Beauty requires time and effort‼️
So ladies, we cannot afford to shortchange ourselves with quick fixes or spending hard earned cash having someone else do things for us…
I like how you’ve coined the phrase, Ms Smitha:
“self help is the best help”.
I have God gifted eyebrows 🥰🥰no need to worry
good for you
Then y r u here? Oversmartness

Hii Didi💓💓💓
Any more specific advice on the trimming part (last step)? I've been plucking my own brows for a long time, but I realized the other day that my hairs are extremely long and trimming them will make all the difference...very worried about accidentally clipping too much off, however.
Thank you! I always see people “doing” their brows but it’s the filling in or using a gel for control and never the actual shaping part.
This is my go-to video! I’m Dominican so my brows can be fierce!
I just can't do this thing😢so much painfull fr me😫ur doing it so perfectly😍💋
