It’s Arizona, just grow your own! 12 plants per household. Stick the seeds in a hydroponic system like the Tower Garden. Then you can just gotta trim, add nutrients, check pH occasionally. Easy peasy.

I live in El Mirage it's not bad like it use to be now it's a great location close to Surprise and shopping great restaurants and El Mirage PD keeps crime down. To be honest lived in Phx for 18 years and El Mirage for 4 and love it here , We live in Thompson Ranch. Bought house it was 176,000 now it's worth 345,000.

I’m a fan. I think you capture the real Phoenix living experience better than anyone else I’ve seen. Few of us can live in gated communities on golf courses and go clubbing in Old Town every night. You keep it at a real level for people of all colors, incomes, and persuasions.

Gotta go with the dispensary. I've never personally bought black market, but I've been with people who have, and everytime I'm with them, I'm so paranoid and end up stressing them out. So its always better to buy legally in my opinion. I'd rather buy legally and pay a little bit more for dabs that I know that are lab tested and still hit just as good.

Hey Super! I missed this video from when you posted it. You just have that larger than life personality and i love it. Now, lemme run my mouth for a minute. This place isnt too bad. But i dont like carpet all over,just tile or wood floora with area rugs. Kitchen is a bit small but doable. I despise microwaves above the counters. When you are short ,this is a problem. Taking out hot food you liked to be dropping it on the counter or the floor! Lol. The master bath should always have two sinks but thats just me. Washer/ dryer should be in the house but the garage is better than outside!
Now about the dispensary. We have them in Nevada too . Id love to be that close to the mokie shop! But you know the underground market is cheaper but i just get a couple of pre rolls and thats it. But the strains now are pretty good and thats what you payin for. Anyways keep up the good house tours.! 💫🌴

I got a house on the river 475.00 a month you all over paying for sand and cactus and for skin cancer my house is 4 bedroom 2 bath 2 car garage with a boat dock .on the Mississippi river But I am cheap and I enjoy water
1700.00? Shiiiiit thought it was 1.00 a sq ft. Hopefully the dispensary has better grass than that backyard.

When I lived in Death Valley, a guy I knew went over to the miners camp, and someone dusted his jay with Angel Dust. He took a van from the Furnace Creek Ranch and drove it down the 190 highway, ran it off the road and had the vehicle up to its axels. I'm surprised they didn't have him busted, just fired him!

The house is overpriced a month. Looked like interesting apartments behind it. After I saw the apartments I said no way. Nice house wouldn’t buy it. Just rent.

Nice house with nice backyard and patio good for small family. Having a park close by is also a nice feature. Good to know walmart and other stores close by. I've seen some new neighborhoods where shopping is quite a distance. Good video 👍

Hey, Big Super! I'm glad you and your family are doing better. Cute house but, yeah, it does seem a little high for its size. And those other things to plug up in the kitchen? A toaster, blender...yep, those will work! I grew up in an old-school ranch house with our washer/dryer in the garage. You can get around that, if you have to. Just put a throw rug with a short nap in front of them. That way if you do drop clothes, they hit that and not the floor. That would help. Thanks for sharing! 👍🏾

I prefer Black Market, I have a lot of friends who grow... but occasionally in a pinch I go the dispensary. I'm a card holder, so I dont pay the extra tax. And will always remain a patient. The card pays for itself in little time, compared to paying the extra tax.
That card is so expensive though. Doesn’t seem worth it for occasional use.
@@michaeltorrey3603 $235 for 2 yrs... meh it used to be for 1 yr, but 2 makes it worth it. I also use RSO, which is not available for rec people, and some other products. Rec pays like 17% more tax, it works out for me...lots of perks to it....

Well if you put a piece of carpet and a clean carpet where your washing machine is in your dryer and just take your shoes off when you step on that part and make sure that other people in the family do that they don't never step on that part with their shoes on and you could vacuum clean it and keep it clean and make sure other people just don't step on it when they go there they remember just to take off their shoes and put their shoes right there at the corner of the just before they walking on the carpet take off their shoes and then when they get ready they just put their shoes back off and get ready to go out of the garage door or they going back in the house they take off their shoes are you going to tell if you got house shoes certain house shoes that are for the house you slip them all no slip tho slip the garage shoes on which is called your outside shoes and then you take those off and put your shoes on in the house that you might have slippers just for the house cuz you have slippers files out in that part

Hey Super! This is a nice little house. Looks pretty clean. The square footage is perfect for a single person. One bedroom for guests, the other bedroom for an office. I didn't care for the lighting in the kitchen, or the laundry hookups in the garage (too cold in the winter, too hot in the summer) but overall, a nice place. Worth $1700/mo? Maybe $1500/mo would be more appropriate considering the area. Another great video..thanks for sharing! 👍

Come to the original square mile in Surprise, Az. I pay $900 for a rental lol. No lie. My family iwns alot of land out here in Surprise and Elmirage for we was the 1st black family out here AND alot of us still remain and own alot of property. Genteification lurks like a shadow tho. Alot of our black and browns are selling the lands off. Generations of land gone just like that mayne, for a little bit of money. They dont make land no more, its a privlige

This whole stretch of thunderbird from dysart to grand is a big dump. If you seen it a few years back it looked like a third world neihborhood made alhambra and maryvale look good. Crime ain't as high but man it was dump. This stretch underwent a multi million dollar renovation even got a fancy green bike lane but its just lipstick on a pig. Theres a reason rent is so cheap here. My apologies to the locals for the negativity, but yall know what I'm talking bout.

It's the upkeep on rentals. A lot of places look like the tenants moved out and the landlord said "oh well, slap the for rent sign in the window" aint did nothing to it, no carpet cleaned or replaced, dirty walls, whole place be just stanky. Yall know what I mean. This is nice though.

This is a pretty house. The price though! I just can't get over the price! I moved out of a 1400sq ft rental home in 2018 for $1100 only because they kept rising the price every year. I bet its now going for $2000 or more. It was a block away from the golf course, quiet community...I wonder if I wldv stayed, wld the rent be "ig'nant" high right now🤔

Do you ever visit an area called Quartzsite, AZ? I am told they have mobile home parks with available properties for rent. Low income and market rates that may suit some of your potential renters.

Really really nice you walk in you got a little part right there you can take off your shoes don't have to bring your wet dirty feet on the nice carpet love carpet throughout the house makes it feel cozy some parts of hardwood floor is really really good it's always good to happen it's hardwood forest catching a lot of deaths nothing carpet don't have their thing but it's nice cuz it balance out the carpet and hardwood floors love both when they do both nice nice nice 👍
