That makes sense cause Chet isn't a legitimate center, u put him at the 4 and u Draft Donovan and put him in the middle, OKC will be a title contender nxt yr.
I see that as of 6/20/24, the Rockets are heavily leaning towards drafting either Clingan or Sheppard with the #3 pick, that is unless they trade the pick. It will be interesting to pair Clingan next to Sengun. I personally don’t know if that will work, but that’s the coach and GM’s job to figure it out before the draft.
Great hands, lob threat, beautiful timing while blocking shots, above average speed, and mobility for his size, but lacks core strength, which is easy to improve and fix. Top 10 pick, hopefully to the Rockets.
Would much rather have Alex Sarr, but he's played well this season and has moved himself into the top-3 conversation. Unless Spurs get a top-3 pick, they won't have a chance at him,
His biggest thing is gonna be staying conditioned for the long season. Not gonna need to gain too much more muscle. Just work on his jumper from 3. Ive seen him shoot. Could be a great addition to a team in desperate need for a big
He can’t come to memphis playing like that he needs to practice with some big players until the nba starts back all summer until October so he can get used to playing with giants because they are going to bully him
He's gonna be a lotto pick next year, he's very similar to Walker Kessler! Also Karaban is going to be a great replacement for Jackson if Jackson truly leaves
He actually seems like a better athlete than Kessler, more agile and better hops. He’s a beast on screens too and presenting open off of them. If he develops a consistent jumper he’ll be a force in the league.
Hawks want him - probably would prefer to trade down a few spots and take him but if they get stuck and cannot trade down into a range to get him, they may just take him #1 overall.
He needs more upper body shredded muscles. He needs a lot of bench press. He needs a lot of Barbel overhead press with straight body to stay upward strong. Ne needs to add leaping ability atleast 4-5inches. He needs to run atleast an hour every morning! This needs to be done right away everyday for 3months before he becomes an NBA player...to add, he needs to work out short quick jumpers of the side and baby hooks...he will be ready for the Lakers!
Kind of a slightly quicker Myers Leonard, sets picks reminiscent of him and has better shot blocking and passing instincts but without that 3 pt. shot. Leonard never developed any kind of post game though he was a good finisher. Leonard needed to balance out that 3 pt. shot with some kind of mid/around the basket game but just couldn't, which is why his career never quite took off. Clingan is a good finisher to but his post moves are pretty basic and one dimensional at this point, I don't see a countermove so he's going to have to work on those post skills, hopefully there's some upside and ability to develop there. Still not agile and quick enough to be a perimeter defender, he'll be a sieve against guard and small forwards, and nowadays the NBA likes bigs with the versatility to defend on the perimeter. Not that bigs are ever great at defending the small guys, but quicker more agile ones can cut off a drive once in a while and make a guy think a little more about taking a 3.
@@ThatinParticular I did point out Leonard had the 3 pt. shot. Maybe it was a stretch for me to say "quicker" than Leonard, I really meant he has better timing with his shot blocking. But it's a stretch to call Leonard "fluid", while he does have reasonably good agility for a 7 footer he's still well below the likes of Wemby or Joel Embiid. His inability to develop any kind of offensive game outside of shooting the 3 and finishing dunks attests to the limitations of his physical abilities.
If he's playing like this at age 20.. there's not much hope he will have usable athleticism by the time he's in his 30s. This guy makes 35 year old Shaq look fast.
LARGE CONNECTICUT SON
POV your a blazers fans watching his highlights 😂
I'm a blazers fan crying that we took this guy at 7 😭
Reminds me of Zubac with much better hands & much bigger at his age.
Saw a mock draft saying OKC could get him…. That’s my fav team so I had to look him up
That would be solid!!!!
That makes sense cause Chet isn't a legitimate center, u put him at the 4 and u Draft Donovan and put him in the middle, OKC will be a title contender nxt yr.
Memphis will
Does OKC have a top 7 pick in this draft? Because he’s not going any later than 7.. wouldn’t be surprised if the Hawks drafted him #1 actually
I feel Kyle Filipowski would be a better fit because he can space the floor
@@JewbaccaXlol… Sarr is going number 1

If the Grizzlies get a top 4 pick, I think they should take him, can you imagine Jaren Jackson Jr and Donvan Clingan at the 4 and 5,
We should we need a center
Good idea yall have a ton of spots to fill. @ReggieWilson-gm5dl
Next rockets player🚀🚀🚀
Perfect fit for #MEMPHIS
Spurs should consider him if they get the Raps pick.
that boy can run
He got beat up the court every time he ran it 🤣

Guy is effective, but looks clumsy in the way he moves.
My Chokerriors needs him!!! 😭😭😭
Man hopefully he is still available when Heat picks.
Get him to train with Hakeem 😮😮

He’ll be lucky to be a 2nd rd pick
SIR GREGOR CLINGAN!!!
Top 5 pick next draft.
Zero chance. He's far too slow and unathletic to be a top-5 pick. But it's a weak draft class so I could see sneaking into the top-12.
Mock draft is #11
Welcome to the Blazers, and they welcome your rim protection

That's an insult to Myers.. also crazy. Myers was soooo much more fluid of an athlete than this kid .. plus he could shoot the ball

This dude with my warriors...sheeeesh curry lobbing it up to him 😮
I’d take him top 5
Dude looks like and plays like a traditional big man... Wonder how he'll fit in today's run and gun 3 point shooting nba
With Steph retiring soon the league will transition back to skilled big men. Look at the last few MVPs
