Great job KGW getting that 2 straight minutes of empty chair footage! Also, the audio ONLY being in 1 ear and scratchy, amazing touch. CHEF'S KISS. 🙄
That reporter trying to bait an Ayton trade doesn’t see the potential the blazers have…Clinglan can play the 5 and Ayton can play the 4….pick and pop can be lethal with scoot and Ayton
Simons is gone
If Simon's gets traded, I'm leaving as a fan to wherever he goes. Blazers are allergic to keeping their young talent, it's so annoying
@@Big_Kronehe's one of the worst defenders in the nba and we need the space for scoot and shae to develop more.
Good job Joe! 💯👍 ❤🖤
“Capable of coming in and winning jobs” message to Ayton
My question to Cronin:
Do you regret not drafting Bronny at 52 and then calling up the Lakers like, "I got your baby boy right here, LeBron! Give me my picks, and nobody get hurt!"
It's sad & baffling how this organization is being run. Won't do anything until Jody finally sells the team.
How is it a good day when you swap your most seasoned guard & FOUR PICKS for one big with lesser production, then get ANOTHER giant when you already have two? And then once again, your core guys are Scoot & Shaedon? Not Ant & Jerami, your two highest paid guys you don't even mention? And let's not discuss keeping Chauncey after another flop season.
Just a fan sitting here in disbelief. It's not the Blazers way.
Brogdon was good as a vet presence for the young players, but he doesn’t fit our timeline at all. Moving him at some point was inevitable. Anfernee and Grant are in the same situation. Great players, but will not pan out to function well with our developing core in the future, which is where our attention currently lies and prob why they weren’t mentioned. Also, Clingan fills a badly needed rim protector role that we haven’t had since prime Nurkic.
@@macflanagan5510 your whole hypothesis disintegrated when you said Nurkic was a rim protector. The guy is an embarrassment especially after being knocked out cold by Draymond Green. Cronin is an idiot and the Blazers organization is a rudderless ship.
@@macflanagan5510 They moved Brogdan along with two firsts for no reason. It was a short term money saving decision. Just like they'll do when they trade Jeremi & Ant & Ayton with the same mindset. The same reason they refuse to fire a coach with a 33% winning percentage. None of this has anything to do with the future. It has to do with the present & that's spending less $$$ while convincing sheep to have patience & still buy season tickets while they move to sell the team, just like they're doing with the Seahawks.
“Committed to Scoot and Shaedon” is that foreshadowing Ant🐜 isn’t in future plans?
I love Ant, it would suck to see him go given hes the longest tenured Blazer currently on the team. But it would make sense at this point to move on.
Great draft pick and trade.
Some things most fans don’t think and consider, Wemby and Chet are gonna be issues in a few years and getting talented bigs is more important now then ever. Especially ones who are defensively inclined and show great playmaking. The reason I didn’t want the blazers to draft him is because he has already had injury’s to his right foot and it’s a risk, outside of that and if he stays healthy he should a solid guy and good fit for the team
Fire the editor and the audio guy asap! 2 mins of video of a chair then audio on one side for stereo is pathetic. High schoolers are held to higher video standards than this
Trade grant for picks and a young forward!
@@richardwang1739 Why the hell should we keep Grant and trade those two?
Yes grant takes ball time away and doesn’t get his team involved. His defense should be way better than it is also rebounding is not where it needs to be
The avdija trade was great, he's an awesome up and coming player. That in addition to clingan and ayton, the blazers' own twin towers is formidable, ala Duncan/Robinson and towns/gobert
Great interview, now trade grant and DA
Worst GM, I'm tired of seeing Portland tank, and the trades he makes are horrible. Let's get new ownership that wants to win. The fans deserve a competitive team.
What do you mean? Donovan Clingan was a steal with a high floor, and high ceiling, and we can easily put ayton at power forward if we're worried about 2 centers. Deni Avdija is an amazing pickup. He's the forward we've needed. He has great defense, good playmaking, efficient scoring, and he just keeps getting better every year. He also has one of the best contracts for a player we could have gotten.
Get Bronny at 34th pick. Then Ayton can just stay home if he feel like not wanting to play.
Hope his foot holds up
This franchise is a ship with no rudder -
Shoulda got Edey
Why’s Cronin so awkward and strange
He's always kind of been like this. He was a scout for the blazers for like a decade. Just not great on the mic. As a GM TBD. I like the moves so far this off season.
He might be on the spectrum. Reminds me of my old ceo who had that same kinda blank smile
Bring on the MLB or NHL as well plz.
Sad the Blazers can't even cover their own media. Thanks KGW.
Grant, Simons, Ayton all need to be traded long term. They need to rebuild fully. Ayton is soft on offense, settles for middies, and not a defensive presence, Ant takes mins from Scoot and Sharpe, and Grant can't rebound and is a shot chucker - not what you want at PF. All 3 of them BETTER BE GONE BY NEXT OFFSEASON - ALL 3!
fire him terrible draft, day is far better.
Sounds like Ayton may be gone:
CHOMCHE AT 34.
You the GM, arguably the best ever to do it. You have Ayton, you have Robert Williams now you pick a center, Clingan 👏🤝😂😂😂
How many games did Robert Williams actually play ? Maybe a short point guard would’ve been better than a tall center🙄
Blazers big man curse is real.
Donovan is snake bit by being drafted by Portland.
Donovan Clingan at 7 and getting Deni Avdija with the 14th pick is a great day. Excited to see who we add tomorrow in the 2nd round.
We did nothing
