Thanks for your views. I concur with a lot of what you said. For real musical chemistry,I go to Hughes-Thrall every time. It’s such a pity that Glenn & Pat haven’t followed the album up.They have stockpiled lots of material over the years, and since their debut,we’ve only had ‘Still The Night’ & ‘Try And Take My Love’. A brief studio get together in ‘95 on Glenn’s ‘Feel’ album and I was really primed for Hughes/Thrall in 96/96/98. Listen to the compositional strength of ‘You Were Always There’ & ‘Devil In You’ from Glenn’s comeback album in 1994, ‘From Now On’. Don’t let it wither on the Vine fellas, none of us are getting any younger!
ALLLLLL great ones guys!! Both Trapeze albums with Glenn are top notch! BCC is incredible for modern hard rock! Seventh Star and Fused are incredible hard rock/blues albums. I wish Iommi would do more stuff with Glenn. For Dead Daisies to bring in a legend like Glenn was phenomenal. 😅 Burn and Come Taste are the DP ones I dig the most. Keep up the great shows guys! **Don't forget the Depp Sessions which was kind of the 7th Star leftovers, but it's truly just as good as 7th Star! 🎉🎊 🎂 🎇
