    Yes, the silicone muffin tins are great. You just pop them out

    I highly recommend the silicone muffin pan. I got mine from Amazon and have the one with the metal frame and handles. I do spray the inside of the cups also and the egg cups pop right out.

    You don't need silicon muffin tins, but DON'T USE NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY. Get yourself an oil sprayer bottle and add olive or avocado oil. The sprays use a propellant that damages cookware over time and non-stick as well. Butter works as well. You can refill the sprayer over and over.

    I freeze my egg muffins and I find the mushrooms puts moisture back in the eggs that freezing takes away.

    Love silicon tray, but I made a mistake once. I forgot to put a tray underneath and I ended up with messy egg muffins trying to put on the tray after I filled up with eggs 😂

You mentioned that we need to add fiber to these items that we make but I couldn't find anything that I won which to click on can you stated or do something to where I understand it because I'm not finding anything about fiber to add to this recipe thank you so much take care 👋🌸🌸🌸

    Hi shelly👋 I will be adding these recipes in my diabetic meal prep. They look yummy. I have a question. I noticed that when you were using prep at sometimes uses green plastic bags that are attached to something that makes them stand up, which makes it easier for you to put your food in it, which makes it easier to prep can you tell me where they are where I can get them? Shelly I absolutely love love love your style you're funny and that you're to the point and you give such good information I'm prediabetic and I've always done everything the right way. I don't know what happened to me and why I became this way, but I do not want to go full diabetic so I've really been paying attention to your platform and you have such excellent information and easy ways to prepare food. That's cheap like you said Walmart and Kroger. That's the kind of girl. I am too. I'm also 4"11 lol 😊 take care and look forward to hearing from you. Have you have some information for me? I was eating a lot of carbs because I was completely vegetarian for years but I quit doing that 10 years ago and I want to eat fish and eggs sometimes chicken and turkey I just don't know what happened to me to give me a diagnosis of being prediabetic I'm just so devastated over it OK anyway your A breath of fresh air every single time I watch you you got it going.     Love your enthusiasm, and good info, but I want to add what I hope is constructive criticism. I'm attempting to make the spinach version. I don't see the oven temp anywhere. They have cheese, spinach and eggs, but you never add the cheese or say how much. And maybe reduce the diabetes and pre-diabetes a bit and go for low-carb or even healthy. If I ate this in my early days, I wouldn't be pre-diabetes. The goal is PREVENT diabetes and pre-diabetes.
