Hi, I am start trying out French Pastry, as I woke up wanting to try making it for some reason. There are a few steps involved but it really isn’t overly difficult. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed. However the Caramel Crème is very rich, so I evened it out with a bit of salt. A small tip.

Hi, I am start trying out French Pastry, as I woke up wanting to try making it for some reason. There are a few steps involved but it really isn’t overly difficult. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed. However the Caramel Crème is very rich, so I evened it out with a bit of salt. A small tip.
This is certainly not for diabetic patients... It looks amazing and absolutely delicious!!
