Thanks! And yes we know y’all need some more videos, we are working on doing better with getting more content. We’ve been pretty busy with customer stuff and that has taken us away from time to video, I’ve got a few more coming soon though!
Hey guys. Just wanted to say I’m enjoying your channel and am glad to see it growing. I’ve started mine as well. I hope to do half as well as you guys. Keep it up!!
Very good video, one suggestion if I may, keep the camera close to you, the mic is on it. When you move too far from the camera, your audio drops right off
I’ve used good old mystery oil a few times and it also works awesome! In the video when I try to fire it up I’ll throw some in the oil to help free stuff up!
there is a product called FREE ALL, i used it on my 2.2 mopar turbo motor is sat all winter last year and got flash rust on the cylinders,i'd pulled the pan a few years ago and it was a brand new short block installed in my car by a dealership years ago, this stuff i shot it down the cylinders and it freed up this new engine, used the whole can,i was desperate,is worked the engine runs ,no smoke just like it did,try it,i swear by it,its in a blue and silver can,i bought a whole case, now when i let engines sit, fill the cylinders thru spark plug holes, and make them wet before storage, shoot is down the intake real good prior to storage no surprises anymore, give it go,the stuff is 6.00 dollars a can worth it
I have the same problem as this, I filled the cylinders with WD40 first, and after couple of days I filled them with tf. It has been like that for 4 days now, tomorrow I'm gonna try rotating the crankshaft. My engine was left about 6 years under the rain without spark plugs.. that is really tough. Thank you for sharing.
Diesel and a bit of oil mixture in all the cylinders and leave it sit. That will break up a lot of the rust. Keep in mind diesel will eat away rubber - which you will be replacing anyway - but keep that in mind. WD40 will not do jack shit. No idea why people keep using WD-40 for things its not intended for.
Yes. Pour it in through the spark plug holes. Also a good idea to pour some into the intake manifold and to remove the valve covers and check for stuck valves.
First of all, yes, its most important to free the slugs AND protect the cylinder walls from scoring. So flooding the cylinders with a good thin lube product is the first step. But it is ALSO highly recommended to pull the valve covers and lube the valve guides and lube the rockers and lifters/ camshaft lobes. It a lot of cases though guys are planning to buy a hi pro cam and kit from the aftermarket, so....
The kittens were having fun while you were working.
love the cats photobombing in the background LOL
How to unstick a stuck engine, over 6 months ago, started to get my sbc..
unstuck, I have learned a lot from your two man team! Thanks again Norm 😎
Need more videos. You guys got a great show really descriptive and that's what I like about this channel. But we need more videos.

I'm going to try this method. I bought a 56 F100 from my father in law have no idea how long it's been since it ran.
Should take the tappet covers off first and make sure none of the valves are stuck, you don't want the piston hitting a stuck valve and bending it
What is the FX spray called so I can try it.
Thanks for the video man
Was gonna throw out my datsun’s engine, this video saved it!

Great video , I myself also add mystery oil down the intake so the intake valves get it also etc... 👍

Where do I put the trans oil in?? Spark plug holes?
Yes. Pour it in through the spark plug holes. Also a good idea to pour some into the intake manifold and to remove the valve covers and check for stuck valves.
In the hubcap
Be sure to drain the blinker fluid first.@@goldteethman8720
I have a 2012 Buick Lacrosse. My son ran the engine out of oil. It is sized. Can it be fixed?
Negative. Need new motor there.
Where is the next video where they try to start the engine?
