When will we be able to design in VR? Mixed Reality and share 3D designs with other people in scale in the real world would be a blast for sharing ideas across.
The input from a pen on a tablet is easily as intuitive as the sliding of the controllers in the air, and the controllers have even more buttons.

Hi I really enjoy using shapr 3d but it would be even better if you could animate and test some constructions to see if they work properly! Also a feature to test the strength of some parts would be awesome. I hope these features will come at some point in the future! Then it would be the best and most easy to use cad program I think. 👍

I use Shapr3D on Macbook Air. I open the "File>Export>Augmented Reality" section.
The only one that appears under this option is "USDZ Export for Apple AR".
There is no "Preview 3D Model" option. What is the reason of this?

Well done. Unfortunately I don’t have a usecase since by real world context would require my design to be textured and squishy, not hard and single couloured
What if the iPad without lidar lens can be used?
Can the surface pro show the 3D model in AR?
I have iPad Pro 2018... it doesn’t have LiDAR scanner ... will it work the AR feature ???
Hi, yes, it will work! You have to go to the 'Share' option in-app and select the AR Preview feature.

This is all so vague no clear info . Q1 what can you exactly do with a Lidar scanner in Shaper3D. Q2 what you can not do without a Lidar scanner. Q3. What can you do with an Iphone and other smartphones that has a Lidar scanner. The info on the website is so Vague its also more about a lot of vague video promotions then concreet answers. Please update it with a clear explanation for ipad and iphone and smartphones with lidar and also without Lidar etc.

I used it to present a project today, it made me look super dope in front of my teachers and my classmates. All of them wanted to know what was that awesome app I used afterwards. 😊 Can't wait to see what else you guys have in stock for us.
