Good video. Triathlon is often prohibitively expensive to get into. Some additional options: profile designs makes good clip on aero bars with a range of cheap risers to find your ideal height. The other benefit of Tri bikes is that they open up your hip angle, which makes running easier off the bike. A cheaper option is to buy shorter crank arms, 165 mm rather than 175 mm, for example. I went through a ton of saddles before I found the one that works for me. Pain! Finally, I got my first bike (road) for triathlon used off of Facebook marketplace. I'd really encourage people to buy used. After I did a few and decided I wanted to continue and improve, I bought another bike. It's a canyon tri bike but I also got it used. Because they're still more expensive, I used buycycle, who brokers the deals between buyers and sellers and insures it... So if you don't get a bike in the condition advertised, you can get your money back. I got my Canyon for less than half of a new one and it was absolutely mint condition. Good luck on your 70.3 Jarrod!

    TT Bikes are an abomination.
