I am going to main the shit out of Moze on my stream. My biggest concern is that they didn't learn their lesson from Gaige in BL2 and Iron Bear becomes next to useless in higher tier content. That would really cripple Moze's ability to compete in high level content
ok so for thin red line it says that 60% of your health is reserved, does that just mean your max health goes down by 60% or is it literally your healthbar is at a permanently damaged state at 40%?
I think it means that you’ll only be capable of regenerating HP up to 40% of your max, which at that point it stops regenerating and you’ll have to get health back from health drops or life steal
i'm only curious on this because of the skill she has further down the line which enables her to do more damage the lower her health is enabling you to essentially permanently keep the damage bonus for being at 40% health since your health is technically damaged if counted like that.
I mean, one fist to pull them in, one fist to pummel and taking the perk that gives you +25% damage increase if using the same weapons on iron bear makes for a cool "GET OVER HERE!!" build.

(*) Depending on how strong that mounted turret is, if it sucks I'll put it on *Phalanx Doctrine* for 5/5 instead. The idea of the build is to be aggressive till your shields go down activating *Tenacious Defense* (buff lasts a whopping 30 seconds) then either A) move to shoot behind cover, or B) activating Iron Bear, immediately look to place him in an advantageous position, and exiting IB putting it in *Auto Bear* allowing you to go back to shooting your guns asap providing 2x the firepower (which is increased further thanks to the whopping +30 incendiary damage from *Stoke The Embers* while at the same time having IB drawing some enemy aggro for a full 15 seconds (*Security Bear* and *Stainless Steel Bear* helping make sure that I survives for that long) The idea of this is to trigger *Full Can Of WhoopAss* which will have your shields back to max super quick, putting *Tenacious Defense* back online (while still having time left on the buff), all the while you're hitting crits to activate your damage/incendiary damage skills and *Redistribution* . Once Auto Bear runs out you go back to playing balanced, still trying to get *Tenacious Defense* buff up, then dancing in and out of cover with *Force Feedback* keeping you alive and giving that Tenacious proc back asap. No points to *Vladof Ingenuity,* *Behind The Iron Curtain,* or *Desperate Measures,* as the point is to quickly get your shields down for Tenacious buff, Iron Bear serving as the get out of jail free card, and *Force Feedback* keeping you out of jail while you get IB back, which is made faster thanks to *Grizzled* 3 things are uncertain though, those being: The effectiveness of the mounted turret vs Moze's guns. *Security Bear* bubble shield protection affecting the mounted turret. And if *Auto Bear* still works if you were to exit IB with no fuel left.
Gonna correct something you said here...at around 2:15 you say that Thin Red Line gives you 60% max shields. This is not the case at all. Thin Red Line takes 60% of your Max Health AWAY and then adds THAT AMOUNT to your shield. This amount is very likely affected by the other % Max Shield bonuses in the tree though, so it is more than just the health given to shields by itself.
I just spent an 1 hour and a half making a build for around the element of fire. The perks that give passive boosts as well as reload skill that boost fire damage and explosive splash damage fire damage perk. Its an 81% increase in fire damage when everthing fires off on all cylinders. This made me wonder for moze: " if i can get them to all prock and and crit during the fourth shot from cloud of lead maxed out; could i kill another enemy with same bullet with a jackobs?" Two birds one flaming stone.
Moze doesnt need a build reliant on shields. She should be built around explosive, fire and gun damage almost like an axton plus shes a mix with salvador because she can potentially have unlimited ammo with regeneration and chances to not consume ammo. Mozes action skill is literally her shield the iron bear will tank for her while inside of course and then with the skill "auto bear " will stay deployed as a stationary sentury thus tanking even more for her. With moze you want to focus on what shes going to be using most which of course is her iron bear. Equip mini gun with skill augment "let off some steam" for more damage and v35 grenade launcher switches to rocket pod with lock on targeting augment for your explosives paired with some sweet torgue skills of course. Railgun tree to be honest doesnt belong on moze and really dossnt make much sense one your realize how much damage output she has with her other 2 trees combined. Iron bear is a walking shield with overpowered guns a shiled build is and would be redundant.
I'd go with selfless vengeance, which will outdamage pretty much all the points you spent in bottomless mags, and then go into demolition woman skill tree for autobear, which will let you have your cake and eat it too when it comes to dealing damage.
Does "Thin Red Line" give a static percent bonus to maximum shield or do you get the amount of reduced health to maximum shield? That can be quite a difference. example: 1000 base health with turtle shield giving +3000 shield -500 health 1) static bonus: 3000 * 1,6 = 4800 shield 2) reduced amount (skill calculated first): 3000 + 1000 * 0,6 = 3600 shield 3) reduced amount (turtle shield calculated first): 3000 + (1000 - 500) * 0,6 = 3300 shield If its a static bonus I would go for a turtle shield, but if its health based (as I understand the skill description), then I would check out the other shield types. I'm also not fully convinced that "Desperate Measures" will get triggered by the "Thin Red Line" health reduction.

I'm wondering why he didn't mention Behind the Iron Curtain skill. Though maybe not as impressive overall compared to other skills, a buff to Shield Recharge Rate+Delay seems like a clear compliment for a shield build.
In the bottomless mags tree you can get +35 to mag size and +10 mag size per matching manufacturer. This would be crazy for rocket launchers and with the 5% of mag size restored per second she will have infinite rocket launcher shots. Isn't that broken?
Bahroo, You could twitch stream your process of creating builds and then upload a quicker rundown of the build to UA-cam. I’d watch both! I had my heart set on Amara until I saw your FL4K build! I’m going to miss Salvador but FL4K seems like a comparable champion.
The desperate measure synergy with the -60% hp are we sure that it will work like that as your -60% will just mean your base hp starts out lower than it would normally by 60%. so if the DM skill works also on a % basis so it only gives max bonus on 25% hp left an min or no bonus on 100% hp then it won’t work with the other skill the way you think it does if you know what I mean. If DM is based on your actual health numbers an goes on that alone then it will synergise with the -60% hp but if the skill is % based which I would expect it is knowing how past games worked it won’t and will only start to give you a bonus when you start to actually take damage. I suppose it helps you get to less hp quicker so it can synergise that way.
I am still so torn on which character is going to be the tankiest tank. They all have such nice looking skills, especially Flak, Amara, and Moze. I still kind of feel like Flak will be the hardest to kill since lilith was always the safest to play in BL1 but I'm really unsure...
I'd make a point to add a few points to Selfless Vengeance. From what I gathered it adds damage on top of your damage "dealt" meaning it gives the % bonus after the boatload of gun damage you can stack on her. Not to mention it would pair well with Desperate Measures as I dont think the damage caps out at 40% health, reducing your health with a huge shield can be a pain.
I have a very similar build I call it "Bottomless Retribution" because of the two trees you go down and because to never ends. I do take double guns and run dual rail guns so +25% dmg on those and build Moze for killing everything up to the boss and make it so Iron Bear can kill any bigger enemies or the boss themselves as fast as possible.
Shield of retribution seems like the obvious build path; why wouldn't you want a skill tree that makes you both tankier and gives you huge damage at the same time? Personally i'm gonna experiment with a bottomless mags/demolition lady build first because Shield is too obvious
That's not actually 60% shield added, its 60% of your health. So let's say you have a shield of 400 and 1000 health, this changes it so you have 1000 shield and 400 health.
stoke the embers, to my understanding, doesn't add incendiary damage to your weapon, it only increases the damage if you're already dealing it. She has other abilities that introduce that damage type, but obviously you'd want to equip at least two fire weapons to take advantage of this bonus
Bahroo, glad to have you back, but there are three more (substantially different) builds I can think of for moze. Glass cannon using high capacity ar's and smg's, an explosive build using mostly splash damage low firerate torgues, and I'm trying to come up with a build to allow her to stay in her mech more than fifty percent of the time.
Would be good to know if "Grizzled" works like "Get Some" for Salvador in Borderlands 2. That way you could reduce your cooldown while you are still in the Mech ... so if you kill fast enough you can stay 100% of the time in your mech. But I think they changed these kind of skills.
I wonder how the 'Forge' skill works with the COV weapons which don't have a magazine and instead shoot from reserves with a overheat mechanic (but that overheat mechanic can be ignored if you use one of the Legendarys we saw from the reveal build you played, which instead of overheating and forcing you to cool the gun just set you on fire instead).
I'll always be here following this Channel I love to keep seeing videos from you even if it was highlights of your streams once a week or something like that or just straight-up upload your streams here

I just hope that her dmg scaling with the mechs is done correctly and usable in the endgame .
I am going to main the shit out of Moze on my stream. My biggest concern is that they didn't learn their lesson from Gaige in BL2 and Iron Bear becomes next to useless in higher tier content. That would really cripple Moze's ability to compete in high level content
Bahwoo, I hope u gonna upload some gameplay too in this channel. Like some sort character introduction for the new player like me :D
Gonna be fun playing with 4 Moze in a party and suddenly it become warhammer with all the mechs and flamethrowers going off
ok so for thin red line it says that 60% of your health is reserved, does that just mean your max health goes down by 60% or is it literally your healthbar is at a permanently damaged state at 40%?
I think it means that you’ll only be capable of regenerating HP up to 40% of your max, which at that point it stops regenerating and you’ll have to get health back from health drops or life steal
i'm only curious on this because of the skill she has further down the line which enables her to do more damage the lower her health is enabling you to essentially permanently keep the damage bonus for being at 40% health since your health is technically damaged if counted like that.
am I reading phalanx doctrine right as long as you keep getting 1 kill within 30 seconds you can keep stacking it up?
Yup.
Actually they start to decay as you get them, just keep killing
Please make an Amara melee build. Need to check yours against mine so I know if I’m an idiot or not 😂
Me:"Wants to make a viable good build"
Also me:"Double Bear fists haha"
I mean, one fist to pull them in, one fist to pummel and taking the perk that gives you +25% damage increase if using the same weapons on iron bear makes for a cool "GET OVER HERE!!" build.
Wouldn’t it be better to get the shock rail gun so that if enemies have shield you’ll be able to get that down better then roast them?

*Salamanders* w/ *Fuel Economy* for close range.
*Railgun* w/ *Hell On Rails* for ranged.
(*) Depending on how strong that mounted turret is, if it sucks I'll put it on
*Phalanx Doctrine* for 5/5 instead.
The idea of the build is to be aggressive till your shields go down activating *Tenacious Defense* (buff lasts a whopping 30 seconds)
then either A) move to shoot behind cover, or B) activating Iron Bear, immediately look to place him in an advantageous position, and exiting IB putting it in *Auto Bear* allowing you to go back to shooting your guns asap providing 2x the firepower (which is increased further thanks to the whopping +30 incendiary damage from *Stoke The Embers* while at the same time having IB drawing some enemy aggro for a full 15 seconds (*Security Bear* and *Stainless Steel Bear* helping make sure that I survives for that long)
The idea of this is to trigger *Full Can Of WhoopAss* which will have your shields back to max super quick, putting *Tenacious Defense* back online (while still having time left on the buff), all the while you're hitting crits to activate your damage/incendiary damage skills and
*Redistribution* .
Once Auto Bear runs out you go back to playing balanced, still trying to get *Tenacious Defense* buff up, then dancing in and out of cover with *Force Feedback* keeping you alive and giving that Tenacious proc back asap.
No points to *Vladof Ingenuity,* *Behind The Iron Curtain,* or *Desperate Measures,* as the point is to quickly get your shields down for Tenacious buff, Iron Bear serving as the get out of jail free card, and *Force Feedback* keeping you out of jail while you get IB back, which is made faster thanks to *Grizzled*
3 things are uncertain though, those being:
The effectiveness of the mounted turret vs Moze's guns.
*Security Bear* bubble shield protection affecting the mounted turret.
And if *Auto Bear* still works if you were to exit IB with no fuel left.
DAMN YOU UA-cam! Roo posts a a bunch of new stuffs and I just get it in my sub box now... :'(
I think i'm going to prioritise being in the mech as long as possible and getting it back as fast as possible.
Amara seems like she would be a good melee character, I'd like to see a build for that
This build is going to run out of energy fast. You'll almost never be in your mech.
Would love to see some Zane builds, such as : infinite kill skills or glass canon.
Iron bear is a walking shield with overpowered guns a shiled build is and would be redundant.
so, about those daily videos...
it is good to see you back though.
Make an exploding clone Zane build, maybe with cryo thrown in there assuming the cryo+explosive combo works like it did in TPS.
I'd go with selfless vengeance, which will outdamage pretty much all the points you spent in bottomless mags, and then go into demolition woman skill tree for autobear, which will let you have your cake and eat it too when it comes to dealing damage.
ps in the future he hasnt uploaded in a week
At least admiral Bahroo is making content. Because Derchlands got fucking lazy and doesn't seem to care much about his channel anymore.
Does "Thin Red Line" give a static percent bonus to maximum shield or do you get the amount of reduced health to maximum shield? That can be quite a difference.
example: 1000 base health with turtle shield giving +3000 shield -500 health
1) static bonus: 3000 * 1,6 = 4800 shield
2) reduced amount (skill calculated first): 3000 + 1000 * 0,6 = 3600 shield
3) reduced amount (turtle shield calculated first): 3000 + (1000 - 500) * 0,6 = 3300 shield
If its a static bonus I would go for a turtle shield, but if its health based (as I understand the skill description), then I would check out the other shield types.
I'm also not fully convinced that "Desperate Measures" will get triggered by the "Thin Red Line" health reduction.
Can't wait for an Amara build!
Borderlands 3 is coming out in 3 hours and i knew i needed to check into Bahroo. His borderlands 2 videos i loved.
still Grenade / Splash dmg Moze
The best Grenade build will be Zane, as he has a skill that regens Grenades.
@@iiRooB
litterally did one 5 mins ago
it has movespeed
and kill-skills and movespeed
and grenades and movespeed
and movespeed that turns into dmg

I’m definitely playing Moze first.
Let's see a melee moze build!
Sorry for the unsub man but i dont wanna get spoiled til bo3 launches on steam see ya then :D
Daily uploads btw
I'm wondering why he didn't mention Behind the Iron Curtain skill. Though maybe not as impressive overall compared to other skills, a buff to Shield Recharge Rate+Delay seems like a clear compliment for a shield build.
In the bottomless mags tree you can get +35 to mag size and +10 mag size per matching manufacturer.
This would be crazy for rocket launchers and with the 5% of mag size restored per second she will have infinite rocket launcher shots.
Isn't that broken?
Bahroo,
You could twitch stream your process of creating builds and then upload a quicker rundown of the build to UA-cam.
Says daily uploads then i check rn and completely abandoned that lol
I love Fl4k, that Spiderant combines so well with stuff like The Power Inside and The Fast and the Furryous, and you can pet the Skag
Shield of retribution seems like the obvious build path; why wouldn't you want a skill tree that makes you both tankier and gives you huge damage at the same time? Personally i'm gonna experiment with a bottomless mags/demolition lady build first because Shield is too obvious
Is thin red line adding 60% maximum sheild or adding the 60% it took away from your health as sheild
Good question.
it basically converts health to shield. so however much health you lose you gain as shields
Uploads 2 days in a row -> POG
You can use the raigun with normal eletric elemental damage to destroy shields, AND then you put fire on things
Make a fire elemental Mose build
I feel like if you equip the rough rider (which is in bl3) the game would probably crash
I doubt it. It'll probably just either break the rough rider's effect or really screw over any Moze player who insists on using it with those skills.
Trust is easy lose and hard to gain. See you in 2 weeks rooBad
"Just click on their heads. 4Head"
My first character is going to be Moze. I think I'm going to play this build but I might go explosive instead. I'm pretty damn excited ngl.
How about incendiary Moze? I made one and I want to see if you come up with the same build.
My phone autocorrected Moze to "mozzarella" can we make that a community nickname?
A Rush build for Amara and a cryo/dome shield build for Zane sound awesome.
Would the Salamander with Fuel Economy and Bear Fist with Close the Distance be a good combo? Strip shields and bring'em in close to roast?
Please do a build for Zane
Fucking miss you man, glad to see you back on youtube
Perfect kreig gun
Plz do Zane.Nobody likes Zane god damit.
Hey Admiralbahroo when you go back to FL4K can you please focus on his beastmaster idea for his pets and such
DAILY VIDEOS WHAT A LAUGH ROOKEK
Team player Amara build
You can only do the phase grab amara, basically any other route doesn't seem like it will work
M OMEGALUL ZE
Would love to see a Zane build, I have a build I'm thinking of trying but would love to see your take on him!
Hmmm..... I previously had zero interest in the Shield of Retribution tree, but I’m now reconsidering my opinion.....
It's pretty damn strong and benefits the whole team... I would say that it's the strongest, just not as fun as the other two
Bahroo's back baby 😍
I'll always be here following this Channel I love to keep seeing videos from you even if it was highlights of your streams once a week or something like that or just straight-up upload your streams here
I have no idea what Amara is capable of so I'd enjoy seeing that
