@@ravimanne8148 I getcha, yeah I think those two augments will probably be flipped between a lot, and yeah I like the new version as well, I think choosing to not totally dump adrenaline is good because it's a good way to make sure you can still get the ball rolling without being totally full health, but once you are going the cooldown rate isn't really relevant, so I like choosing the split there
Diehard Kraig here. How could you resist sir nipple salad? I never played one, but in tps I did the gunslinger. None of the others had cool skills imo. At least none as cool as literal aimbot.
Yes, telling us the whole thought process is really important to understand the skills and how they work together. Also, are there any other builds that could make Fl4k viable in the end game, like a pet focused build?
Valafar I think he’s mostly going off past games, where turrets and deployables in general were lacking. DT, Axton/Roland turrets, bloodwing, etc. they may have fixed the scaling on such abilities, or they might not of. And typically you have to rely on you and your weapons to do damage in high level play.
@@lokii7602 There's plenty of skills that increase the pets damage, and depending on how much base damage they do, they can get quite powerful, for example the jabber using a RL
I've been coming up with a build for Fl4k that focuses on staying alive. In his master tree you can get a potential 45seconds of 20%maxHP/s regen for them and their whole team which would be pretty crazy late game
Valafar yea, I’ve seen, but like axtons turrets, which had tons of upgrades as well, it may not scale well. Doesn’t mean it’s not worth trying tho, I myself made a build based around the skags singularity and radiation damage to weaken groups of enemies while buffing Fl4k themself
Yeah just build around the rakk attack skill with either the Spider Ant or the Jabber, IMO the Skagg is the weakest pet but it also has the iradation form so it's up to you.
Nice build. I'd put 3 points from the hunter tree into master's persistence hunter though. Not only is it +12% gun damage but it would give you around 4 seconds longer in fade away.
i thought the same thing but he has created such a great synergy that he could only spare 1 point off of most dangerous game. if he were to any more points from either tree he would lose out on galactic shadow or the power inside which you would lose much more dmg just for a couple more seconds in the ability
Currently working on this build. I did Stalker tree first, identical and bosses melt in under a minute. Next working on hunter skill tree to fully make this build count. Gt: SYN Cpt Planet
Saix Strife I think they would just need to have it scale off your damage rather than just actual level and it’d work well. Also, it looks like all the trees build pretty well with the action skills used so that’s probably gonna help too
I've been using this build up to level 46 and its a lot of fun, and wrecks bosses. Id make a small change though, fast firing weapons are great to score crits outside of invisibility to get your action skill back, but once you pop your cooldown, switch to jakobs shotguns or masher/maggie pistols. For one, having all those pellets crit is insane, and only one pellet needs to proc leave no trace to give you the extra ammo back. So on a shotgun with 12-14 pellets, youll be able to fire tons of shots without reloading. You can make a 1 mag size shotgun go for the full 8 seconds every time. Better still, since it's jakobs, every pellet bounces, and any add within a mile is liquefied as you go full ham on the boss.
This sounds like a really strong build for The Proving Grounds. If there’s a lot of badasses like I assume there will be then he’s gonna be a very strong character.
Taking persistence hunter in the master tree is a no-brainer on this build. 4% gun damage per point is already respectable, but the extra duration is extremely powerful for fade away.
My build for Crits is similar, but I have some points redistributed here and there: I only put 3 points into Overclocked, letting me max out Turn Tail and Run and a point in Lick the Wounds, because I like the extra survival power. Going full 5 points into Interplanetary Stalker cause i like those buffs, taking a point out of Two Fangs, cause 20% is enough for me. Lastly, I'm bringing the Gunslinger Jabber with me, because it gives an extra 5% Crit bonus. Other then that though, definitely my Flak Crit build.
This is my first play-through if borderlands 3 and I just found out the jabber can pick up elemental barrels around the map and throw them at enemies. That’s awesome
I say spec into Hunter only as much as you need to get Megavore, then spec the rest into Stalker as you did before. Megavore’s value doesn’t come from it’s damage, but from how it synergizes with headcount. If there’s a 20% chance to crit on normal shots, get a weapon with a high fire rate (like the infinity) and just aim towards crit spots. They’ll either be crits from hitting the spot or have a high chance to be crits if they hit near. All those crits will lower the cooldown a lot, meaning you’ll enter Fade Away a lot more. Considering Fade Away increases FL4K’s damage AND survivability, I would say picking megavore in order to make Fade Away happen more often is better than the flat damage boost the Stalker capstone offers. Just my two cents tho. Otherwise wouldn’t really change anything.
The Gunslinger Jabber has the +5% movement speed same as the Jabber Sidekick but also +5% critical hit damage. Seems like a waste not picking the Gunslinger
Id actually go with the Spiderant Countess. The Health Regen to help with the one capstone to get the 50% damage increase, and the Damage Resistance so that you take less damage and more likely to be at full health.
@@memnarch129 Thats not a bad idea. I can picture myself moving around in small circles before a new area or boss battle to get the regen from Turn Tail and Run. With the Spider Countess I won't have to do as many circles! I might use her for my build
maybe taking the skag over the jabber will benefit the build more since it also buffs your gun-dmg and you wont buff your minion with augments anyway :)
For those of you wondering this build is literally fucking insane I just started using it literally broken on bosses, minions, or anything with a health bar
James Wood yeah I’ll need to do something like that. I’m only level 13 but the crits augment is already a great option. I want to follow the tree as I go, but I’ll need to respec at some point anyway.
You seem to have completely ignored the pets. You set a starting one, then didn't upgrade it when you got the chance. Just something else to think about with this.
Personal opinion:. I would love to see the full thought process; but, that may be better as a stream with chat. I feel in a video format this works best as a concise summation of choices, perhaps with a link to a/the vod of your full thought process. Much love, and can't wait for more bl3 stuff from you!
Or just a full view of the skill tree at the end or start of the video with a time stamp in a pinned comment or the description. Much more simple as a solution. Either way, for a game that isn’t out yet, I don’t see why you wouldn’t want to know what skills do what and how they synergize
very similar to the build i was toying around with, except i took Megavore and Lick The Wounds, LTW mainly because I'm largely a solo player and I'm sick of double ko'ing the last enemy in an area and having to bleed out lmao
This was a awesome breakdown. I'm stealing this build first. But what about a level 10 build for beginning the game. We all know that the story doesn't take off until level 10 and that's when shit starts to get crazy. Yeah low level builds plz
I know DPS is normally king but I am wondering which character you think will be the tankiest? Flak seems to have the lilith vibe going with regen and ability to "get out of jail free" with stealth healing, which seems great. Moze has stupidly high shields and an extra health bar with iron bear, amara seems to have a fairly consistent damage reduction and healing, and of course Zane has his shields as well. It's nice to see every character having a defensive tree but I am so unsure which one will be the tankiest. I'm thinking Flak or Moze but would love the opinion of somebody who basically beat BL2 with every conceivable combination.
Amara seems to have insane survivability. If you max out her brawl skill tree, here are the following benefits you get: Regenerate 5% of your missing max health per second, increasing to 10% for 5 second after using your action skill. Gain 40% damage reduction for 15 seconds after using your action skill. Regenerate 25% of your max health per second for 20 seconds if your action skill hits 5 enemies. Have your shield delay completely removed if you get damaged 5 times consistently every 5 seconds. Have a permanent 40% damage reduction from splash damage and a specific elemental effect. +75% Maximum health. If you go into fight for your life, instantly revive on the spot with 100% health with a cooldown of 2 minutes.
Id like to see amara build. And yeah i would like to see you go over all of them trying to be the best even if not for yt maybe a Thursday or rescue stream
I would take Megavore over The Power Inside. 20% crit chance anywhere on the body seems perfect for an SMG / AR builds. Megavore would add damage and survivability thanks to Head Count reducing the cooldown of Fade Away. On bosses with crit points that are difficult to hit, Megavore would perform even better in comparison. More frequent use of Fade Away seems better than a harder hitting Fade Away, especially for bosses and endgame content. I could see The Power Inside shining against regular enemies on easier playthroughs where you are able to regen to full health between encounters, but bosses are unlikely to let you reap the full benefits of the ability as you will likely not be at full health every time you use Fade Away. Just my 2 cents.
hey bahroo! loved the video, but i wanted to point out that fla4k uses they/them pronouns instead of he/him like you were saying, likely due to being a robot with no reason to care about gender. just wanted to make sure you were aware!
"FL4K, did you have anything to do with that family of skags we found in the spare maintenance closet on-board _Sanctuary 3?"_ *"I call the big one 'Dennis'..."*
The build looks good. Is there a way to free up 3 points for "Persistence Hunter" in the Master tree, as +12% base gun damage and +45% action skill (for even more critting) sounds to good to miss. To which pet would you switch later with this build? Gunslinger Jabber for +5% more crit damage or Scorcher for +10% elemental damage and 1% health regen/sec to help in keeping you at max health?
Finally an actual build, I've been searching for ages now for one but could only find people explaining the trees and not providing a legitimate build using those trees. So thx a million man, seriously. (*~*,)
i already built my skill build for level 50, heavily investing into the green tree and then partially into the blue tree. i'm turning my Moze into the "Try me bitch" meme
Its too nad head count doesnt stack with fade away. Maybe at 50 itll do some serious damage but specing into it near lower levels would maybe get you 1 or 2 kills even with every shot criting.
In real game play...no it never improves. Fade away is way too short......while you try for that second shot you fade away........Grin! Read my comment above. Kit
Would you consider putting few points into Persistence Hunter to increase the duration of Fade Away? I'd love to see a Zane build around Duck Tape Mod and maybe Cryo damage
Question. Can u pick a pet in a different tree but build your other ability in another tree? And if so is that a good idea since it looks like the pets pertain to the field they are in
Personal I would like to see all the steps behind your builds. But others may think it's a bit overkill lol. I've never been good at doing builds to be honest but I usually squeak by. Thanks for the info bahroo missed you brother. I don't usually have time to catch the streams because of work, keep it coming
I can’t wait to see when they up the level cap when he will go into next to improve or what other builds he will go into. I loved the Zane build though can’t wait to see more
Yo Admiral, I don't think weapon handling is the weapon swap speed because with some characters weapon swap speed is specifically referenced. As a COD player I assume its something to do with ads speed or sprint out time
Hey Bahroo , are you sure about the "Big Game" talent? it says "the hunter skill" not "the stalker" .. not sure if it gonna apply to the other tree , if it does , well its missleading. Anyway , nice to hear you again Ser :) Probably gonna main fl4k , not sure tho , have to hear my co-op partners first to coordinate :P
Does Leave no Trace count all the projectiles on shotguns, because if so shotgun Fl4k with Jakobs is going to be OP, Edit: also spec a bit in Persistence Hunter, it synergizes so well with Geurillas in the Mist by increasing it's duration
You forgot to mention that upgrading the Jabber to a Gunslinger (which doesn't cost a skill point) gives you an additional 5% crit. It's not much in the grand scheme of things, but it's a free bonus, so might as well add it.

Try to do a fl4k that focuses on health regen (if I remember correctly he has a lot of things to help with that)
If you make the build right, it’s nearly impossible for you to die. Eventually you’re able to regen 86% of your health in 5 seconds.
I wanna see an explosive build for Moze. Enjoyed the video, hope they keep coming
Her blue tree with double nade launcher and Phalanx stacks from orange tree pretty much
This is my first play-through if borderlands 3 and I just found out the jabber can pick up elemental barrels around the map and throw them at enemies.
You've said you're back like 17 times now since I started watching you.. I don't believe it anymore.. finally..
Plz Bahroo make a Moze build based on damage and survive-ability. Many thanks :D
The question i have is do you get to choose the Pistol Shotgun or SMG you're JABBER pet gets to use or is it just a default weapon for each AUGMENT?
maybe taking the skag over the jabber will benefit the build more since it also buffs your gun-dmg and you wont buff your minion with augments anyway :)
I think he was just valuing the extra movement speed for run and gunning over a small amount of damage per rapid fire shot
so his ability to not consume ammo is stronger than moze's and while you're utilizing it your shots are autocriting. gear box wth.
For those of you wondering this build is literally fucking insane I just started using it literally broken on bosses, minions, or anything with a health bar
Any chance of a point chart or something to keep handy while I level up?
Try the one he’s showing, you can make a tree on the borderlands website
James Wood yeah I’ll need to do something like that. I’m only level 13 but the crits augment is already a great option. I want to follow the tree as I go, but I’ll need to respec at some point anyway.
Once mod slots and legendaries come into play there's going to be some absurdly awesome builds!
You don't need a min-maxed build for level 10 lol
I'd definitely love to watch the long-form video of your thought process for spec'ing out Zane!
I've already got an immortal FL4K build setup around keeping health coming in and the pets staying up and buffed.
what is it?
Fl4k was my first pick when I learned he’d have pets. Now I can have pets AND be unstoppable!
Moze/Explosive/Solo build would be perfect, maybe even something focused around her shield = dmg skills
Zane and Moze are my top picks. All the kill skills and perma iron bear!
I am with you. Might try Moze for single and Zane for 2player coop.
Agreed! What tree? The blue one ya for perma bear? Im hyped
The baddies in this game better be REAL bad if you know what I'm sayin'. Also, love the music choice sir
How about something that rivals or exceeds your Salvador/ Gaige build in borderlands 2 unstoppable wrecking balls
Id like to see amara build. And yeah i would like to see you go over all of them trying to be the best even if not for yt maybe a Thursday or rescue stream
BAHOO, I THOUGHT....I THOUGHT YOUD NEVER COME BACK FOR BL3. THANK THE HEAVENS!!!!
Just my 2 cents.
i've never wanted to see gameplay so bad in my life
My first build is Fl4k as well. Thank you for the help with your video.
hey bahroo! loved the video, but i wanted to point out that fla4k uses they/them pronouns instead of he/him like you were saying, likely due to being a robot with no reason to care about gender. just wanted to make sure you were aware!
Back to your cave
"FL4K, did you have anything to do with that family of skags we found in the spare maintenance closet on-board _Sanctuary 3?"_
*"I call the big one 'Dennis'..."*
So glad your back with the builds. These helped me so much in bl2.
#MozeGang next please (I’m planning on maining Moze when BL3 comes out.)
MOZEBROS*
Imagine this build with the new double barrel shredifier O_o
oh shit...
Na just add a bee sandhawk combo
@@tomstallworthy3660 I don't think that either of these two items will be a thing in bl3 tho, they were too strong ^^
@@floriyoo1036 I know but I'm sure their will be a simular op damage combo
@@tomstallworthy3660 probably, yes ^^
Moze's heavy gunner build, focused on DPS on any sort
Im torn between her orange and blue tree for first playthru
i already built my skill build for level 50, heavily investing into the green tree and then partially into the blue tree. i'm turning my Moze into the "Try me bitch" meme
"Uploading Daily" OMEGALUL
Amara survival happy you are back
I'm definitely running this build for flak! Thank you
Does anyone else see how crazy this would be if you used a Jakobs gun?
Yep. If it has a crit roll, plus they hit like a goddamn train.
Then add a shield simular to the bee
And if so is that a good idea since it looks like the pets pertain to the field they are in
Yes you can choose any pet, imo though the pet abillity to throw a barrel is better than the skags and spiderant
this build is gonna go hard with jakobs ricochet.
I loved the Zane build though can’t wait to see more
Ik liedjes Plug and you get to choose triangels Do you only get One Of The Sea animals in the world History at the same time in the Field?
full attack speed melee iron bear moze. i like to call it mozes bizarre adventure
I want to see a Zane speed build so Deadly Momentum is as powerful as possible.
yes please
HES BACK I LOVE YOU
Is this the route youre going to level, or are you gonna use a different leveling build?
Quick math
36% =.36
25% = .25
Multiply
.09 = 9% of bullets will be a 2end shot and give you a free bullet it seems like a good start. Till dlc drop.
Yo Admiral, I don't think weapon handling is the weapon swap speed because with some characters weapon swap speed is specifically referenced. As a COD player I assume its something to do with ads speed or sprint out time
Nice loadout, I was considering something similar, anxious to see how these actually play out. So hype for the next Game of the Year on Sept 13th!
you said you didn't know about class mods now that you do know a bit how might this build need to be changed
This is a great build thanks!!
Can you make a build for him for coop play?
What about a pet flak or mech moze build? Maybe a byild foucsing on Drone and Clone for Zane?
Im just Interesseted in the actual build. Very nice Video 👌
Fl4k + Good accuracy hyperion SMG. Fun times.
Hey Bahroo , are you sure about the "Big Game" talent? it says "the hunter skill" not "the stalker" .. not sure if it gonna apply to the other tree , if it does , well its missleading.
Anyway , nice to hear you again Ser :)
Probably gonna main fl4k , not sure tho , have to hear my co-op partners first to coordinate :P
You should make a moze build for explosive machine gun, a mix between blue and green trees.
I genuinely think turn tail and run is one of fl4ks best skills. I mean its great if you are moving, great if you aren't.
Does Leave no Trace count all the projectiles on shotguns, because if so shotgun Fl4k with Jakobs is going to be OP,
Edit: also spec a bit in Persistence Hunter, it synergizes so well with Geurillas in the Mist by increasing it's duration
Made that exact same build on my first go... gonna be running this for my first playthrough, cant wait.
You forgot to mention that upgrading the Jabber to a Gunslinger (which doesn't cost a skill point) gives you an additional 5% crit. It's not much in the grand scheme of things, but it's a free bonus, so might as well add it.
