If we are going to put some rhinestones on dip nails, when will its best to apply? 1st top coat or 2nd?
Hey I’m having the hardest time with my top coat drying I mean like 10 min and it’s still not dry! Any ideas what I’m doing wrong???
Hmmm it’s Dip Top coat? If so I wonder if trying a different or fresh Activator would help. The reaction with the Activator is what makes the Dip Top dry.
