There are some homes around Urquhart bay, however much of the land is taken over by agriculture so are going concerns and essentially business, also with regard to the other LOCHS, many of them are on ancient estates and therefore not for building and spoiling the countryside around
what about the other Castle that's at the bottom of the lake? did you know that there's one under water? yeah and get this it's completely intact not ruins like this one.

Why don’t people have homes near these lakes? In North America we have tons of homes on waters edge.
