Whoever did the narration, needs to learn how to pronounce Inverness and Jacobite !. I am called Greg, after my great grandfather who was called Gregor McGregor, this battle is part of my family history.

I just want to point out. It's pronounced "Jack-o-bite" not "Jake-o-bite"

The commemorative statue thing in the thumbnail looks more like a broch than a cairn

As others before me have pointed out, it's pronounced Jackobites, not Jaycobites, And it's Clan Fraser - not Clan Fraysher !

I know it's pedantic but I wish you would pronounce it Jack-obite not Jake-obite. Thank you!

In the 1992 movie The Last of the Mohicans the name of the frontier family was Cameron. Any insight?

Had to switch off, the “Americanised” pronunciations were too much.
    Jack-o-bite is not pronounced Jay-co-bite.
    And it’s Clan Fray-zer,
    not Frayshoor.

Sir, I presume you’ve been here and heard how we, the Scots, pronounce our names and the names of those who took part in this battle, if you can’t be respectful to say the names of the clans or people properly, don’t make the video because it puts you in the category of ‘typical American’, one I presume you don’t want to be in.
