Lmao, I never thought I'd find a LEGO reviewer with an extremely dry sense of humor who clearly follows F1. I appreciate subtle depth in a snappy review. There's a lot of real statement in this video, not just vapid review lingo and regurgitated opinion with some nice shots. Your final conclusion was so reasonable, layered, and concise all at once. Really enjoyed the video, subscribed
It's not lost on me that you tried to match the current F1 font and made this very much in the style of the current F1 videos. This is very, very well done, Josh.
I, like you, changed all the pins etc. to black, much better! If you get the Cada 1/8 Alfa Romeo F1 you can use their larger rear wheels and slick tyres. Again, much better!
@@norwood8888 I know, I got one. But I want an extra set of wheels, but I cannot find them anywhere. Don’t want to get an extra set just for the wheels.
5:16 this is probably my biggest complaint about the set like at least a plaque with their names, would’ve been good even though every f1 fan knows what car Lewis Hamilton drives
Working on this set right now, some of the bags in my set were missing parts or had different colored parts to what the instruction book showed. Instead of black pieces it had Grey pieces
awesome video! id argue that no minifigs isnt an imperfection, i dont think this kit is targeted at children that intend to use this as a play set, on the smaller set you show sure, one thing that does bother me is that theres no stickers for the tyres, also the tyres arent shiny, i know you can get 3rd party stickers for this and polish them yourself, but with lego this shouldnt be needed
Highly developed mechanical features? What? Suspension, motor, and steering... Thats it. Thats literally the bare minimum for a technic set. This has nothing the Las f1 set didn't have. But where is gearbox driven drs feature and lifting engine compartment? Where is a detailed trans axle? These are all features we've gotten not only in other technic sets in the past but even on f1 technic sets. The chassis on this is identical to the McLaren and the grand Prix racer except for the rear suspension is flipped upside down. Visual modeling is a system feature. Technic is supposed to show of mechanical features - which again this has none.

Couldn’t have said it better. Also subbed
I'm not even a fan of Lego Technic or F1 but that's how good your channel is.
Great review and writing as always, that transition to show off the bottom was perfect.

The RUS transition to the bottom was absolutely perfect! 😂
wow great review. 2025 f1 Ferrari will be sick
Can you put two of the pull backs together to make the big one?
this guy's got jokes, i love it
That right wing/reducing drag comment. Top tier 🤣
3:44 bro the chassis is about to be ripped in half
LEGO ain’t toys anymore💀
True
They still are but they are branching to other hobbies/sports/fandoms,
I would pay just to build instead of owning it 💀
adults is where the money is... nobody plays lego in their 30's or do you?
@@Eythora94I'm almost 30 😂 and love Legos lol 😆
Looks pretty damn slick. But I already know with all those stickers I would absolutely mess this up if I attempted it.
After 30 euro of black replacement parts, now it's close to perfection. Sadly the one imperfection we can't fix is the rear tires.

@@norwood8888 Did you get an extra set of tires from CaDA?
@@zonoskar Yes, that’s the extra wide ones you need!
You can get the whole set for 80 euro!

@@zonoskar I know, I’m trying everywhere too! None of the dealers can or will help…For now the AR can just put up with the smaller rears..

Great review! I’m not into Technic so this set is not for me but it looks cool for the Technic fans!
That look sick
3:51 HA!😂😂😂😂😂
Awesome video

Not a technic fan, but I do enjoy your channel
3:37 bro💀💀
The George Russel reference 😂🤣😂
Why there so many red pins on a black car?🤔
I just finished building this and it's awesome.
It's also fucken huge.
God, I love when he gets all pedantic

LEGO forgot the plank on the bottom of the car!!
🔥🔥
Is this an infomercial or a review?
no way bro roasted mercedes during reviewing a lego set
Non F1 Drivers Are Also Always Looking For A Gap To Go For
Your jokes make me laugh as much as they make me cringe... Thanks, I guess!
Thanks for the review 😂 and cheesy
This guy too funny
The mercedes may be more accurate than the mclaren but I think the mclaren looks better

Get some fresh air in your lungs
almost perfect? lol. Look at the Alfa Romeo from Cada.
I'm always suprised that anyone in the US cares for Formula One... 🙃
I'm from the U.S. and love F1. Much more exciting than NASCAR. NASCAR is literally holding the steering wheel left the whole race...
I always though USA created Indy Cars because they couldn't get enough F1 races in the country at the time 😂

I got it for £130
I'm tire't too...
