Sukuna’s reason for seeing Yuji as boring is basically a reflection on Gege’s writing of Yuji throughout the story compared to himself. From Mahito Vs Nanami and Yuji, all the way to Meguna vs Maki and Yuji, he rarely gets a chance at winning in 1v1 setting combat, heavily relying on his friends and team. The Apex of this Idea comes when Yuji fights Choso. Although Sukuna throughout the story has called Yuji boring, and hasn’t really cared about his growth. He questions his loss to Choso, calling him an inferior fighter to Yuji, implying he thought Yuji could win easily vs Choso, but because of his lack of drive to achieve things for himself, only seeing himself as a cog, and not the main focus of his world, his lack of selfishness alone just makes Sukuna think his potential is plateaued without the help of others. Unlike Higaruma here where he learned RCT to keep fighting Sukuna, Yuji let himself die in the sense that he didn’t search for RCT in near death vs Choso
Thats a great way of looking at it. For me, its some of this but as well as not being a petri dish of jujutsu sorcerery that he can dissect and examine to his hearts content. Where as Gojo and Higoromo for example will test the boundaries and risk his life over. Something Yuji lacks
OH BOY ESSAY TIME. I kind of agree but also not. Sukuna doesn't view himself as the center of the world. His version of being so egocentric is because he was an unwanted child. He lives as a curse because if he died there would be nothing left of him, he doesn't care for others or connections since the world never cared for him. Like think of him saying "if them fighting us for our strength, and us killing them isn't love, idk what love is". People only worshipped him for his strength, and the only highlight of his life was food. Whereas Gojo who has a similair view had the opposite approach. He was never scorned and had an understanding and love for people around him, probably just being a child who grew up relatively normally. The highlight of his life isn't food but connections, people don't respect him for his strength but his actions and like his personality. And when he died he still remained with the succesors he left. When Gojo fights anyone or finds someone strong he views them less as a thrill but more as a person. Deciding not to kill Yuta and Rika, nor Miguel or letting Geto's familly get away. In the end Gojo succeeded in a goal he never had to try in but that's for later. Now YUJI, is in the middle. He's not unwanted but he was abandonned. He grew up as a beast of a kid who while caring for people around him, just did his own thing, bit atypical from an avergae teen. He only ever attended the occult club for the timing and never had any peers who understoof him much. But he was human. Then he got cursed by his grandfather (typical grandparent bs). And this is the part where we have to wait for the end of JJK because he continues down this wobbly middle path. Sure he's not tapping into his full potential, but who he is is a kind soul, not malignant like Sukuna. He's too weak to live as he pleases, but in his own way he does whatever he wants. The only time he ever failed post Shibuya (where he gets this mentality) is when his old actions catch up with him. He keeps trying to live as he wants, getting stronger, but keeps failing and admonishing his strength and being cursed in a cruel cycle. So Sukuna has a few reasons to hate him. TLDR: One, he is Sukuna but lives in an opposite way being kind and caring for others. Two, he keeps focussing on others because he was ripped from ignorance due to curses from those around him. Three, Itadori keeps becoming stronger from these curses and his care for others. His connections are his strength.
Only partly agree. Sukuna is intrigued by ability and techniques. Megumi’s Ten Shadows, Gojo’s Limitless/Six Eyes, Higuruma’s Judgeman/Executioner’s Sword along with his preternatural capacity for jujutsu, Jogo’s fire-based techniques sheer destructive power, even Maki’s Heavenly Restriction…compared to all of these, Yuji is a durable martial artist who can use Black Flash. Sukuna’s an old dude; he won’t be intrigued by Black Flash. Yuji has nothing to interest him. It’s really that simple.
Sukuna letting Yuji live this long after swapping bodies baffles me. Why doesn't he kill someone he finds boring and can cage him? Maybe it has something to do with Kenjaku's binding vow with Sukuna

I went back to the times Sukuna could’ve killed Yuji before in the story. One was when he suckered punched him in 213. Next he tried to kill Yuji with his slashes but didn’t work cuz of Megumi. And now here he tried to Cleave Yuji, but ended up coming back. From what it looks like, Sukuna has tried killing Yuji before, but he’s never really honed in on it. It seems like after getting out of his body, Sukuna just sees Yuji as this annoying fly that constantly gets in your vision
Others are bringing up a good point regarding Sukuna’s feelings towards Yuji. It could be possible that Sukuna views Yuji as wasted potential, especially given that he likely knows more about why Yuji is special than anyone but Kenjaku. Calling him boring could be either Sukuna trying to push Yuji to be more of a fun fight, or legitimate disappointment that he isn’t what he could be.
Doubt that. Yuji literally has no techniques and his worldview is one that Sukuna considers to be weak. The only "interesting" things about Yuji like his durability or aptitude as a sorcerer come from Kenjaku and Sukuna probably sees them as unearned.

The reason why Yuji has a lot of resistance to Sukuna's slashes is that Yuji adapts to Sukuna's technique as if it's his own, proven by Gojo's injury from his purple.
That probably has a hand in it but I think it's a misdirection and the source of his durability and strength comes from his understanding of his soul. If it was that simple I don't think sukuna would be shocked enough to ask where his strength comes from when yuji ate his attack. He'd know that it was just side effects of yuji being soaked n his ce. Sukuna seems to have a deep understanding of true sorcery so if anyone would know it would be him.

Sukuna said "since I can understand and comprehend love, I dont need it" along with his belief since he is strong therefore he should do anything he wants, Yuji acts as a wall or a hindrance to his beliefs. I love Yuji and Sukuna's back and forth, because Yuji is the exact thing Sukuna hates - mundanity. Yujis whole existence is to protect humans and kill curses. And eventually transfigured humans, but after that he never killed any other human of his own will. He doesn't improve or train unless he has to (Sukuna). He learns on the battle field while saving people, and if there is someone who can help make that job easier, he has no qualms in teaming up. Thats why hes always compatible with others - he's the perfect party member. Because to Yuji, the pursuit of strength with no purpose is meaningless. Therefore, just like how Sukuna finds him boring because Yuji doesn't grow stronger beyond his purpose to help others, Yuji finds Sukuna pointless because of his pursuit of strength with no purpose, and hurting people to do it. IMO - I think Yuji would hate having Cleave and Dismantle outside of killing Sukuna, because all the technique is made for is to destroy stuff, which goes against what Yuji stands for and the curse his gramps gave him.

i feel like sukuna is both remined of someone and distains yuji. him calling him boring is just him coping. we saw how even during shubuya sukuna thinks highly of yuji in a weird condecending way after losing to choso. he most likely sees yuji as the best potential wise, but yujis personality not only holds him back(which is true as yuji always fights better alone and when hes not sad, teamates somehow nerf him) AND because sukunas whole deal is enjoying the struggles of humans. why hate yuji then? because hes literally the modern sukuna. its well hidden, but many scenes and recent yuji flashbacks back to before his grandpa dying shows how his gramps words saved him from being another sukuna. anyways, sukuna finds yuji boring because no matter how much suffering yuji goes through he inevitably keeps pushing and disregards anything that stops him. sukuna cant find someone interesting if theyre just as one note as himself.

I think sukuna does see yuji as someone who likely has the greatest jujutsu potential out of everyone including sukuna it’s probably just that sukuna sees a lot of himself in yuji that being the potential that he holds and that if yuji were to continue to get stronger then he would be the one to finish off sukuna completely. Yuji is the perfect sukuna weapon as he should be resistant to sukunas techniques being drenched in his cursed energy an all like how gojo is resistant to his own maximum purples. He is also extremely physically resilient able to tank 15 finger sukunas dismantle even if meguminwas holding him back sukuna is still impressed by Yuji as his rage boost made him that strong. Now he has soul hax and powers of 6 other deathwombs that he has eaten plus another few months of training which is lot for Yuji as he got to a grade 1 power level in a few months with physcial might alone so he may be at least resilient enough to tank sukuna attack though I doubt he is doing anything alone
I also think Yuji has two techniques blood manipulation from his family and being related to Choso which he can only tell if they have some blood ability. And Revival or Revival Manipulation which Sukuna saw to revive him and Yuta accidentally ate without knowing. This ability would allow Yuji to revive people he deems as family and manipulate people’s thoughts etc. near death sort of like your life flashing before your eyes moments.
This is going to sound like a crackpot theory, but why does it seem that Sukuna doesn’t actually have an ability, his “innate ability” is basically to just cut shi with cursed energy, and we see other curses do this, further his other “copy ability” seems to also potential be just from high level curses. Here’s where the real crackpot theory comes in. We know that by the time Sukuna was famous he already had four arms, what if he had fully, or at least partially, through his understanding of cursed energy, turned himself into a curse and got his ability from that. From what it seems Sukunas ability is just a high level understanding of cursed energy and the ability to use it however he wants. What if his ability is actually what he got from becoming a curse.

He had to have learned RCT possibly by body hopping with Shoko, but Higgy also knows RCT (tho it was low level RCT) and he's dead so it probably isn't just RCT. So Im thinking, Yuji was described as "a cursed object soaked in Sukunas cursed energy" combine that with Gojo surviving his purple saying "I took less damage because it was my own CE" leads me to believe that Yuji may actually have an innate resistance to Sukunas attacks. We've learned that Defending Attacks with the same CE type makes the attack ineffective. Meaning that Yuji, now armed with the Executioner Sword (which could become even stronger due to Higgys death) is the biggest threat to Sukuna on the battlefield now. What we need now is for the big players to come out and make a chance for Yuji to land a strike. The three things that are still in the way are: 1. The space slash and needing to figure the exact rules for when he can and can't use it 2. A possibly even more busted Malevolent Shrine utilizing all 4 hands rather then 2 3. Whatever the fuck the deal is with that fucking Fire Technique If we can somehow overcome those three things, we can still win! Man I love JJK!

Remember once sukuna (in yuji's body on shibuya) used similar technique as jogo (fire arrow) and not on megumi's body shows that yuji has that innate technique of using someone else ct. Here me out, it also explains why sukuna calls him boring because he cannot have a unique ct but simulates another person's ct. Sukuna knows this and calls yuji as boring and uninteresting one.

Sukuna dissing Yuji every chance he gets, calling him ugly, pathetic, and weak has me thinking he’s just a hater first, but also … he knows Yuji can unlock a potential he hasn’t yet. Gojo did tell him he’d eventually be able to use some of Sukuna’s power/strength.

I still don't understand something. Domain Amplification should work on the Dimension Slashing because the effect of Domain Amplification is to nullify the effect of the technique. Depending of the ratio of cursed energy levels between the Amplification and the technique of course. So Domain Amplification with a very high output should be an inviolable defense. So why didn't Gojo use it to survive ?
So many things don’t make sense. Killing Gojo off screen, Yuji tanking crazy attacks and now conveniently higaruma surpassing people who have years of jujitsu training. Just as an example Gojo is light years beyond yuji but both just had their entire midsection removed but yuji is right back up like nothing happened. Even sukunas world cleave, he already had the ability but stood by and let Gojo launch a purple that he himself said he might not survive. If he was truly worried as implied by the writer he would have cleaved Gojo as soon as he realized what was about to happen. It all feels rushed. It’s like the whole thing fell apart after Shibuya. The earlier culling games was the last part to even remotely have the same feel as the the beginning.

Hahahaha Gege now pulls an asspull excuse for Yuji to be able to withstand Sukuna's CT's. To those people who are saying that Yuji is resistant to Sukuna's CT's because he was a vessel for a long time is a dumb excuse because Sukuna should know that by now and he did'nt think of a way to kill Yuji who can be 1 tapped by Yuta and Gojo who is below him. Like seriously people are just gonna take an excuse at this point to make Sukuna look good. You can see the contradictions now of the events leading to this starting with Gojo dying. Gojo's personality change was not even consistent when he died as it was too illogical for him to say those things (reason being he was rizzing up Sukuna in the afterlife far too much like seriously if they knew Sukuna was really strong at some point and they allowed Gojo to fight 1 vs 1, like seriously they had a month to prepare and their contingency is let Gojo fight alone to die when he is the strongest sorcerer. The sorcerers really are just that prideful that they rather fight 1 v 1 to the death. I mean I know Kashimo stopped Yuta when he was about to join the fight but really the sorcerers want's to really lose, At this point they all deserve to die because they too dumb and weak to even win against Sukuna unless an asspull comes up like Sukuna forgetting to think on how to handle Yuji AKA the protagonist). There is a very large loop whole with whole unsatisfying reasonings to the story that will continue to build up as it comes up. At this point I just watch videos to see what asspull Sukuna gonna do to kill the heroes. Remember there is still Kenjaku's plan that we don't know about which should be destructive and event changing again unless Author forgot about him.

Sukuna is like a teacher... But it's a lesson of life or death. You either elevate fighting him beyond comprehension just to survive, or he forces you to learn things on the fly just to stay in the fight. His knowledge and understanding about how CE works is only 2nd to kenjaku.
Yuji is half curse. Curses can heal themselves without RCT. Perhaps Yuji has this ability. Sukuna has also demonstrated the ability to revive the body without RCT albeit he can only do it once. What if Yuji can do this, but at will?

I think Sukuna calling Yuji boring is in reference to his ideals but also his application of cursed energy. Throughout the entirety of Jjk so far Yuji doesn’t use any cursed techniques, he just applies it in his physical attacks/defences. Sukuna’s interest so far, especially in the cases of Megumi and Higuruma, have been concerning the potential they have. I think he sees none of this in Yuji. I think if it’s revealed that Yuji did fire that piercing blood shot I can see Sukuna being intrigued. It would make sense that Yuji’s training was to develope a cursed technique, if not multiple, and catch Sukuna by surprise.

Well Yuji and Sukuna are opposites regarding philosophies, Sukuna is selfish and lives for himself while Yuji he lives for others and he is selfless and kind. Sukuna just finds Yuji boring because he limiting his potential living for others in his opinion. I guess this shows the difference between the main villian and protagonist. Can we talk about how awful it is from a reader's perspective that Sukuna's three slashing technique variations are all IDENTICAL. It is absolutely ridiculous that we keep getting this explanations of the differences each chapter but there's still debate over which technique variation is being used because THEY ALL LOOK THE GODDAMN SAME.

Sukuna’s reason for seeing Yuji as boring is basically a reflection on Gege’s writing of Yuji throughout the story compared to himself. From Mahito Vs Nanami and Yuji, all the way to Meguna vs Maki and Yuji, he rarely gets a chance at winning in 1v1 setting combat, heavily relying on his friends and team. The Apex of this Idea comes when Yuji fights Choso. Although Sukuna throughout the story has called Yuji boring, and hasn’t really cared about his growth. He questions his loss to Choso, calling him an inferior fighter to Yuji, implying he thought Yuji could win easily vs Choso, but because of his lack of drive to achieve things for himself, only seeing himself as a cog, and not the main focus of his world, his lack of selfishness alone just makes Sukuna think his potential is plateaued without the help of others. Unlike Higaruma here where he learned RCT to keep fighting Sukuna, Yuji let himself die in the sense that he didn’t search for RCT in near death vs Choso
Thats a great way of looking at it. For me, its some of this but as well as not being a petri dish of jujutsu sorcerery that he can dissect and examine to his hearts content. Where as Gojo and Higoromo for example will test the boundaries and risk his life over. Something Yuji lacks

I kind of agree but also not. Sukuna doesn't view himself as the center of the world. His version of being so egocentric is because he was an unwanted child.
He lives as a curse because if he died there would be nothing left of him, he doesn't care for others or connections since the world never cared for him. Like think of him saying "if them fighting us for our strength, and us killing them isn't love, idk what love is". People only worshipped him for his strength, and the only highlight of his life was food.
Whereas Gojo who has a similair view had the opposite approach. He was never scorned and had an understanding and love for people around him, probably just being a child who grew up relatively normally. The highlight of his life isn't food but connections, people don't respect him for his strength but his actions and like his personality. And when he died he still remained with the succesors he left. When Gojo fights anyone or finds someone strong he views them less as a thrill but more as a person. Deciding not to kill Yuta and Rika, nor Miguel or letting Geto's familly get away. In the end Gojo succeeded in a goal he never had to try in but that's for later.
Now YUJI, is in the middle. He's not unwanted but he was abandonned. He grew up as a beast of a kid who while caring for people around him, just did his own thing, bit atypical from an avergae teen. He only ever attended the occult club for the timing and never had any peers who understoof him much. But he was human. Then he got cursed by his grandfather (typical grandparent bs). And this is the part where we have to wait for the end of JJK because he continues down this wobbly middle path. Sure he's not tapping into his full potential, but who he is is a kind soul, not malignant like Sukuna. He's too weak to live as he pleases, but in his own way he does whatever he wants. The only time he ever failed post Shibuya (where he gets this mentality) is when his old actions catch up with him. He keeps trying to live as he wants, getting stronger, but keeps failing and admonishing his strength and being cursed in a cruel cycle. So Sukuna has a few reasons to hate him.
TLDR:
One, he is Sukuna but lives in an opposite way being kind and caring for others. Two, he keeps focussing on others because he was ripped from ignorance due to curses from those around him. Three, Itadori keeps becoming stronger from these curses and his care for others. His connections are his strength.

Only partly agree. Sukuna is intrigued by ability and techniques. Megumi’s Ten Shadows, Gojo’s Limitless/Six Eyes, Higuruma’s Judgeman/Executioner’s Sword along with his preternatural capacity for jujutsu, Jogo’s fire-based techniques sheer destructive power, even Maki’s Heavenly Restriction…compared to all of these, Yuji is a durable martial artist who can use Black Flash. Sukuna’s an old dude; he won’t be intrigued by Black Flash. Yuji has nothing to interest him. It’s really that simple.

I went back to the times Sukuna could’ve killed Yuji before in the story. One was when he suckered punched him in 213. Next he tried to kill Yuji with his slashes but didn’t work cuz of Megumi. And now here he tried to Cleave Yuji, but ended up coming back.
From what it looks like, Sukuna has tried killing Yuji before, but he’s never really honed in on it. It seems like after getting out of his body, Sukuna just sees Yuji as this annoying fly that constantly gets in your vision

Others are bringing up a good point regarding Sukuna’s feelings towards Yuji. It could be possible that Sukuna views Yuji as wasted potential, especially given that he likely knows more about why Yuji is special than anyone but Kenjaku. Calling him boring could be either Sukuna trying to push Yuji to be more of a fun fight, or legitimate disappointment that he isn’t what he could be.
Doubt that. Yuji literally has no techniques and his worldview is one that Sukuna considers to be weak. The only "interesting" things about Yuji like his durability or aptitude as a sorcerer come from Kenjaku and Sukuna probably sees them as unearned.

The reason why Yuji has a lot of resistance to Sukuna's slashes is that Yuji adapts to Sukuna's technique as if it's his own, proven by Gojo's injury from his purple.
That probably has a hand in it but I think it's a misdirection and the source of his durability and strength comes from his understanding of his soul. If it was that simple I don't think sukuna would be shocked enough to ask where his strength comes from when yuji ate his attack. He'd know that it was just side effects of yuji being soaked n his ce. Sukuna seems to have a deep understanding of true sorcery so if anyone would know it would be him.

I love Yuji and Sukuna's back and forth, because Yuji is the exact thing Sukuna hates - mundanity. Yujis whole existence is to protect humans and kill curses. And eventually transfigured humans, but after that he never killed any other human of his own will. He doesn't improve or train unless he has to (Sukuna). He learns on the battle field while saving people, and if there is someone who can help make that job easier, he has no qualms in teaming up. Thats why hes always compatible with others - he's the perfect party member. Because to Yuji, the pursuit of strength with no purpose is meaningless. Therefore, just like how Sukuna finds him boring because Yuji doesn't grow stronger beyond his purpose to help others, Yuji finds Sukuna pointless because of his pursuit of strength with no purpose, and hurting people to do it.
IMO - I think Yuji would hate having Cleave and Dismantle outside of killing Sukuna, because all the technique is made for is to destroy stuff, which goes against what Yuji stands for and the curse his gramps gave him.

I think sukuna does see yuji as someone who likely has the greatest jujutsu potential out of everyone including sukuna it’s probably just that sukuna sees a lot of himself in yuji that being the potential that he holds and that if yuji were to continue to get stronger then he would be the one to finish off sukuna completely. Yuji is the perfect sukuna weapon as he should be resistant to sukunas techniques being drenched in his cursed energy an all like how gojo is resistant to his own maximum purples. He is also extremely physically resilient able to tank 15 finger sukunas dismantle even if meguminwas holding him back sukuna is still impressed by Yuji as his rage boost made him that strong. Now he has soul hax and powers of 6 other deathwombs that he has eaten plus another few months of training which is lot for Yuji as he got to a grade 1 power level in a few months with physcial might alone so he may be at least resilient enough to tank sukuna attack though I doubt he is doing anything alone
I also think Yuji has two techniques blood manipulation from his family and being related to Choso which he can only tell if they have some blood ability. And Revival or Revival Manipulation which Sukuna saw to revive him and Yuta accidentally ate without knowing. This ability would allow Yuji to revive people he deems as family and manipulate people’s thoughts etc. near death sort of like your life flashing before your eyes moments.
This is going to sound like a crackpot theory, but why does it seem that Sukuna doesn’t actually have an ability, his “innate ability” is basically to just cut shi with cursed energy, and we see other curses do this, further his other “copy ability” seems to also potential be just from high level curses.
Here’s where the real crackpot theory comes in. We know that by the time Sukuna was famous he already had four arms, what if he had fully, or at least partially, through his understanding of cursed energy, turned himself into a curse and got his ability from that. From what it seems Sukunas ability is just a high level understanding of cursed energy and the ability to use it however he wants. What if his ability is actually what he got from becoming a curse.

So Im thinking, Yuji was described as "a cursed object soaked in Sukunas cursed energy" combine that with Gojo surviving his purple saying "I took less damage because it was my own CE" leads me to believe that Yuji may actually have an innate resistance to Sukunas attacks. We've learned that Defending Attacks with the same CE type makes the attack ineffective.
Meaning that Yuji, now armed with the Executioner Sword (which could become even stronger due to Higgys death) is the biggest threat to Sukuna on the battlefield now. What we need now is for the big players to come out and make a chance for Yuji to land a strike.
The three things that are still in the way are:
1. The space slash and needing to figure the exact rules for when he can and can't use it
2. A possibly even more busted Malevolent Shrine utilizing all 4 hands rather then 2
3. Whatever the fuck the deal is with that fucking Fire Technique

Another theory behind yuji's cursed technique is that... Remember once sukuna (in yuji's body on shibuya) used similar technique as jogo (fire arrow) and not on megumi's body shows that yuji has that innate technique of using someone else ct. Here me out, it also explains why sukuna calls him boring because he cannot have a unique ct but simulates another person's ct. Sukuna knows this and calls yuji as boring and uninteresting one.

I still don't understand something. Domain Amplification should work on the Dimension Slashing because the effect of Domain Amplification is to nullify the effect of the technique. Depending of the ratio of cursed energy levels between the Amplification and the technique of course. So Domain Amplification with a very high output should be an inviolable defense. So why didn't Gojo use it to survive ?
So many things don’t make sense. Killing Gojo off screen, Yuji tanking crazy attacks and now conveniently higaruma surpassing people who have years of jujitsu training. Just as an example Gojo is light years beyond yuji but both just had their entire midsection removed but yuji is right back up like nothing happened. Even sukunas world cleave, he already had the ability but stood by and let Gojo launch a purple that he himself said he might not survive. If he was truly worried as implied by the writer he would have cleaved Gojo as soon as he realized what was about to happen.
It all feels rushed. It’s like the whole thing fell apart after Shibuya. The earlier culling games was the last part to even remotely have the same feel as the the beginning.

Hahahaha Gege now pulls an asspull excuse for Yuji to be able to withstand Sukuna's CT's. To those people who are saying that Yuji is resistant to Sukuna's CT's because he was a vessel for a long time is a dumb excuse because Sukuna should know that by now and he did'nt think of a way to kill Yuji who can be 1 tapped by Yuta and Gojo who is below him. Like seriously people are just gonna take an excuse at this point to make Sukuna look good. You can see the contradictions now of the events leading to this starting with Gojo dying. Gojo's personality change was not even consistent when he died as it was too illogical for him to say those things (reason being he was rizzing up Sukuna in the afterlife far too much like seriously if they knew Sukuna was really strong at some point and they allowed Gojo to fight 1 vs 1, like seriously they had a month to prepare and their contingency is let Gojo fight alone to die when he is the strongest sorcerer. Is the heroes just too dumb and likes to gamble the fate of the world, I mean even Sukuna prepared what he is to do but the heroes too dumb to prepare or think of ways they live. The sorcerers really are just that prideful that they rather fight 1 v 1 to the death. I mean I know Kashimo stopped Yuta when he was about to join the fight but really the sorcerers want's to really lose, At this point they all deserve to die because they too dumb and weak to even win against Sukuna unless an asspull comes up like Sukuna forgetting to think on how to handle Yuji AKA the protagonist). There is a very large loop whole with whole unsatisfying reasonings to the story that will continue to build up as it comes up. At this point I just watch videos to see what asspull Sukuna gonna do to kill the heroes. Remember there is still Kenjaku's plan that we don't know about which should be destructive and event changing again unless Author forgot about him.

I think Sukuna calling Yuji boring is in reference to his ideals but also his application of cursed energy. Throughout the entirety of Jjk so far Yuji doesn’t use any cursed techniques, he just applies it in his physical attacks/defences. Sukuna’s interest so far, especially in the cases of Megumi and Higuruma, have been concerning the potential they have. I think he sees none of this in Yuji. I think if it’s revealed that Yuji did fire that piercing blood shot I can see Sukuna being intrigued. It would make sense that Yuji’s training was to develope a cursed technique, if not multiple, and catch Sukuna by surprise.

I believe with all of my being that Sukuna is just mad salty because Yuji is not only his opposite in many ways, but is also able to contain him almost perfectly. Sukuna _is_ just that petty

Well Yuji and Sukuna are opposites regarding philosophies, Sukuna is selfish and lives for himself while Yuji he lives for others and he is selfless and kind. Sukuna just finds Yuji boring because he limiting his potential living for others in his opinion.
