Pretty cool no ride Tom’s and the floor Tom really gives a nice punch, dual bass gives a special repeat 16th pattern . The drum solo is a on point rock beat awesome.

I was expecting a crazy deep bass drum sound. They look gigantic lol. They actually sounded high pitched and like a small bass drum would imo. Overall it all sounds great! Nice chops too.
@@F.S.111 using the stock kick heads and not really digging those. Still finding the head combos that really bring the best out of these shells. In person they sound like cannons
And you understand that as you get older , your lower back is gonna hate you . But i love your kit , i was thinking the same thing with that big old marching bass . They sound so fat in the chest
@trenttieken I've been using the black suede emperors past year and love them! On my acrylic DW kit I have black dot and love those! Only thing I could experiment with is the Rezo head.

DW? What's up with the monster kick drum on your left foot with the LUDWIG resonant head? WTF? Is that a 32? 34? I haven't seen a bass drum that big in diameter since I was in marching band. Sounds great, but you need your own van for just the drums.

@@UKbloke999 you're welcome 😊 I never had lessons or any formal training on drums so most of what I know I learned by ear and my dad was a drummer too so I just watched and listened to him play. It's awesome now to have sites like Drumeo and youtube though, I didn't have that stuff growing up.

I've been a professional drummer for over 40 years. How drums are tuned is a personal taste thing, but that is probably the worst sounding drum kit that I have ever heard,,, and especially surprised to see that it is from DW...
