Nice. Love the updates to the line. Especially some of the unmentioned and underlying upgrades that are kept on the DL... Cant wait to get one out on the trail.
What Honda needs to address is availability of all trim levels. I understand this is easier said than done, but seriously, it's all but impossible to get any particular model right now. I searched up to 300 miles away from my house in the Northeast for a 520 and nothing. All dealers said the same thing too, that there are no models on their manifest going out to June. I ended up searching for other brands but while asking questions about a Ranger, one dealer mentioned that they have a "shipping damaged" but new 2021 Pioneer 700-4 deluxe coming in, but they aren't sure what's wrong with it and they said Honda doesn't let them know when exactly things will arrive. I reluctantly put $500 down to reserve it, hoping that it arrives soon and that the damage is minor. The dealer of course said they will repair whatever is wrong with it. Just goes to show though how hard it is to get a Honda Pioneer right now.
Finally info on my pre-order! Is it just me, or does anyone else have concerns over the I-4WD system? I worry that sensors may be prone to damage or clogging due water and mud? If that happens 5 miles down a tuff trail do you loose 4WD wheel breaking and therefore your more aggressive 4WD capabilities? Enquiring minds, you know?
after two years looking for the 700 Pioneer Deluxe cameo we are still looking, no one has this product not Arkansas,Texas,Missouri,Louisiana,Oklahoma why this video when the product is not available;
I’ve been waiting for my Honda pioneer 700 for 7 months naw and there’s nothing up here in Vermont it sucks missed all ice fishing and had to huff all my sap to boil maple syrup when the hell are they going to send it I’d like to get my UTV!! Yeah and I’ve put a down payment on it too!! It’ll be 12 months to 18 months if not longer before you see any 2022 model’s but it’s a Honda so I’ll wait!!!!!
Only honda car and trucks get the h logo. Their motor bikes, sxs, atvs get the honda wing thing. Im going to just buy a honda emblem and put it on myself!
@@alexmaclean1 On units without without the I 4wd how does it deliver 4wd? Do we know yet if the LSDs are clutch pack or helical? No Lockers is hugely disappointing.
@@jessewoody5772 ok, so I was only thinking of the front, the rear does have a locker. the front system to the best of my understanding is still mostly a standard gear based open diff but senses wheel spin and applies brakes to the spinning wheel causing the other one to grab. lower trims I believe will just have old school open front end 4wd systems.
@@brocktripleb747 Thats great news because LSD without brake traction control (i4wd) usually means one wheel wonder. Is the front diff LSD OR open when not locked?
Meh, nothing here to get overly excited about. When I finally decide to upgrade from my 2017 1000-5 deluxe, I won't be getting another pioneer. Yes - these things are reliable, but there is a lot to be said for comfort and convenience. Yamaha and Can-Am look way more attractive than any of these models. I've been a Honda die hard for years...but thier machines have fallen way behind the times.
Honda needs to quit screwing around and get production back up. I've waited months just for a deluxe 1000-5 to get to my local dealer who deposited my 10k deposit check months ago.
@@OutworldEmperor Thats such a letdown by honda. I contacted a Dealer last October. He told me is was to late to order a 2021 and the 2022 would come out in January. Then Febuary, Then March. And now who knows if they will even be released in May or not.
Blah blah blah , bOlD nEw CoLoRs. NeW sTiCkErS make a turbo talon , fix the junk suspension Loved my 21 R live valve But went back to Polaris because it didn’t have enough go juice to do the hill climbs Make a turbo unit and I’ll GLADLY come back
Couldn't stop looking at those long arms.
Super weird but cool to see us in a video like this. Thanks for having us, Honda!

Can you please offer a pioneer model with heat and ac?
Get you hands out of your pocket haha.
Thanks for the video

Your comparison chart at 9:20 is incorrect. According to the Honda website, the deluxe trim also gets I-4WD.

So far I love the i4WD on my talon, but I’m only at 1000 miles on jt.
I think its ok been around for a while now but perfer the ability to lock it on command
Sweet , when do they start shipping been waiting for 11 months now lol
I am 1 person 1 rider and I don't need a fast golf cart. Please bring back 400ex or something similar. Thank you
Hope they upgraded there battery.
Hey I wondering if the 2022s have 2 batteries or 1 and if you guys could make the first shaft driven 1000cc rubicon or rincon

Nice update but was hoping for a new 700 dct instead of that stupid 3-speed transmission.

Reliable as a hammer, but so far behind in every other aspect. $25,000 machines coming with a non color lcd display in 2022? come on Honda.
No chrome Honda “H” mark logo on grill? Just decal on hood? Only small complaint i have everything else is gold
