  • Ashtami Chana and Suji Halwa
    Chana:
    1 Cup - Black Chana
    Washed n Soaked 8-9 Hours
    Take a Pressure Cooker, put above Soaked Chana and Add
    3 Cup - Water
    1 tsp - Salt
    Mix and Give Two Whistle at High Flame and 7-8 Whistle in Low Flame
    Suji Halwa:
    Take a Kadhai
    1 Cup - Ghee
    From that use
    ¼ Cup- Ghee
    1/3 Cup - Almonds Chopped
    Roast little then add
    1/3 Cup - Raisins
    Roast Little and Remove in Plate
    In Kadhai add Rest Ghee
    1 Cup - Suji
    Roast light Golden
    3 Cup - Water
    Mix Properly, Close the lid and Cook
    ½ cup - Saffron Milk
    Again, Close the Lid and Let cook little
    1 cup - Sugar
    Mix Properly and Cook Properly
    1+1/2 tsp - Cardamom Powder
    Above Dry Fruits, Remove Little Mix it
    When Chana Is Cooked Remove Water and Strain it
    Masala:
    Take a Small Bowl and add
    1+1/2 tbsp - Red Chilli Powder
    1+1/2 tbsp - Coriander Cumin Powder
    1 tbsp - Chana Masala
    ½ tsp - Turmeric Powder
    Mix and add
    ½ Cup - Water
    Mix and keep aside
    Take a pan and add
    2 tbsp - Oil
    1 tsp - Cumin Seeds
    Above Masala
    Mix Properly, let Oil Separates
    1 tbsp - Amchur Powder
    1 tbsp - Kasuri Methi
    ½ tbsp - Garam Masala
    Mix Properly
    Ginger Julian
    Above Cooked Chana, Mix Properly
    2 no - Green Chillies Slit
    1/2 tsp - Black Salt
    1 tsp - Black Pepper Powder
    Mix and add above chana water
    Mix properly
    Let Dry Properly
    Tadka
    1 tbsp - Ghee
    ½ tsp - Hing
    1 tsp - Kashmiri Chili Powder
    Pour Tadka above chana and mix and add
    1 tbsp - Coriander Leaves Chopped and Serve
    Serve Halwa , Poori and Chana all together .
