I've been looking for good videos of business casual/formal outfits and you have the best! The first video yt recommended was your first week at the office video from 4 years ago. I loved it because it's gonna be my first week at my new job and I'm the same age you were. It's cool to see how you've become successful. Your videos are inspiring (fashion wise and professionally)

KellyMckenzieVolgs great idea! I always dry clean my cashmere and it would be so nice to just be able to clean it myself.
I just hand wash in my bathroom sink. I buy soap that's for cashmere. You can find it on amazon.

Have you looked at theory for work pants? They are usually my favorite and such great quality! I like Helmut Lang and Nanette Lepore as well.
+JCKTfashionfinds yes, they are great, as is hugo boss but neither are washable so not ideal for every day

How do you take care of the pilling associated with cashmere sweaters? I own a few and always have trouble getting rid of it.
+Prapti Bhandary I buy brands that don't pill quite as much, and use a dull razor to remove pills once every few months. In between I pick the little ones off with my fingers.

Elle, have you been color analyzed by a color analyst? I think you look better in vibrant colors (your emerald green dress is everything) instead of some muted ones, and I bet you're a winter in any seasonal color analysis system.
