For similar price point try new york and company or h&m. Forever 21 only have garbage.
If you think F21 only has garbage then maybe you haven't really searched well enough. Their contemporary line is much better than the regular stuff for example and lately they've included some higher quality pieces at a higher price point (those are mostly online exclusives). I'm of the opinion that if you have a good eye you can find something that looks polished and presentable pretty much everywhere.
Why would you spend time searching for that one quality piece when you can go to another store with mostly quality pieces for the same price? And if I am willing to spending more $$, I would rather shop at Ann Taylor's final sale than at F21's new "quality" line.
I've found F21 to be hit or miss but to find hits, you really need to know your fabrics and clothing construction or else it's just rolling a dice. The thing with items at F21 or H&M is that people often don't realize they need to take CARE of the clothing which might be different at different price point due to construction/quality/fabrics.

I absolutely adore your lookbooks, Elle! The scenery is always absolutely beautiful and you are so stylish. I need to find some places that gorgeous to film near me, it makes the video so much more enjoyable to watch. I also just love the cacti - I've been wanting to find a piece with a cactus print that's wearable for work and not too kitschy and you've definitely pulled that off!

Me too. The blouse and the shoes are special. Also think that the slightly longer length of the Thursday JCrew skirt creates a more willowy, slender look for you than the above knee dresses. Beautiful clothes.

You look great, but in general I hate spring/summer clothing. I have no inspiration for getting dressed in hotter weather. I only feel creative and excited about fashion in winter/fall. #hatingsummeralready
Hi there Elle I have been a subscriber for quite some time. Whenever you uploaded a new video it would pop up in my subscriber box. In the past few weeks I noticed your videos no longer pop up in my subscriber box. For the most part it pops up in the recommended section instead. I haven't changed any settings so not sure why this is happening. I wonder if anyone else is experiencing the same.
