Love the variety you offer in work outs. There is just no excuse not to do at least one of your short work outs everyday. It's worked perfectly for me in developing atomic habits with HIIT and strength training. Was low on time and this was short, challenging, and now I feel great. Thank you!

Love your videos. I used to do bodybuilding before being diagnosed with the autoimmune disease Rheumatoid Arthritis. I tend to over do it if left to my own devises which will send me into a big flare and bed ridden. Your workouts make it possible for me to break a sweat before homeschooling my kids in the morning and still be able to function afterwards. Thank you!
Always love your workouts! Especially the dance ones. But I like the variety you offer. I try to do one of your videos in the mornings before I shower. I don't always have perfect form, but I love that you always think to explain how to modify things without judgment. Really gets the blood flowing and helps start the day on a good note
I loved it! I didn't expect the no breaks but I love to be challenged that way! I do wish though that there were maybe 5 second rest periods at least in between the standing and on floor exercises because sometimes I felt like i could transition quick enough and the I'd be a little behind.
hi, she’s been doing this for years. take breaks as much as needed. do not overwhelm yourself because it is very easy to be discouraged by overworking. it’s okay to stop for 1 minute or 2.
Yeah isn't this is HIT, not HIIT? HIIT always has short breaks since it 'alternates between periods of intense exercise and short recovery periods' and most I've done in the past have 10 second breaks

I broke my ankle 4 months ago and had to get operated. I now have hardware in there but this has not stopped me from working out: very modified in the beginning(no weight-bearing whatsoever) and slightly modified now. So I really appreciate your workouts!
I was swamped with work, and was bummed abt not being able to move my body… but decided to look for a 10min quick hit and omggggg glad i did! Felt better even when the day wasn’t perfect! Thank u!!!

I've been doing madfit workouts since 2020 and this one... I've never seen a workout like this one. I always start my workouts with a cardio and I play a russian roulette letting the fate choose my cardio but this video is like that one bullet in that revolver. A great one tho because I FEEL the burnnnn
Really good when you don't have much time on hand. I did it with breaks but did 40 secs of each exercise instead of 30. Keep more of these coming please...

I did this as an add-on to a 25-minute strength training workout for a quick cardio boost. Although I liked the easy-to-follow exercises, short breaks(between each move) would've been great. With all of the standing up and getting down to the mat, quick breaks would allow people to catch their breath. Overall, nice little workout.
