Thank you, Chip. That's the clearest explanation I've seen/heard. Danged if you haven't inspired me to have another go at index lead 2-finger playing. Thanks again. Bill Martin
Wonderful lesson, Chip. Thank you so much. Hope you are picking as well for a long time to come. I intend to spend a lot of time with your wonderful tuition. Its so helpful. Best wishes to you and yours, Michael B.
I'm trying to figure out why there's a capo on the 2nd fret. Does that mean we're tuned to A, or is it some other tuning? Thanks to anyone who might know.
What i like in the recording is there's some natural reverb in that room . Engineers love to strip away all any sound and put it back after getting a take really dry. I hate that. I love ringy reverby sounds. The banjo really sings here and has more voice, and its prettier. I play drums and i also love having my snares on super loose and jangly and my toms ringy. Bass drum always tight.
Chip I really liked this video Best I seen on two finger. Wonder if you have this on DVD? Would be interested in purchasing it and maybe your advanced stuff?
Great video, all the techniques very clearly explained. I hope you give lessons, because you have immense teaching talent, and, clearly, a lot to share. Thank you for this video.
The best explanation on the bum-diddy two finger I’ve seen. It finally made sense! I appreciate it!
Thanks, Chip! This has inspired me to go beyond clawhammering. As you stated, it may take awhile.
Great lesson. Don't have a working banjo at the moment but I hope to get one. Would like to do a folk/blues fusion tune.

Great video, Chip. Beautiful playing and banjo, too. This is UncleClawhammer from the BHO.
