Thanks so much for your 2 finger lessons and for going slow enough for me to learn. As I practice, I am finding that I want to do a 3 finger roll, so I have to catch myself and bring it back to the 2 finger roll, which I think sounds just as good!
I am here to say ,,, My new open back banjo came yesterday, it is a Recording King OT25 and it is looking good.. A beautiful instrument.. I don't know if it needs a name, like some folks give theirs.. LOL 😊
I know that you are very excited. I know how it feels to get a banjo. It truly is a blessing from God. You might not set out to name your banjo but you will eventually name it anyway. After awhile, even though you didn't set out to name it, there will be a name that will just pop out of your mouth one day and that is what you will end up calling it the rest of your life. At least that's how it works for me anyway. God bless you, brother. Always in Christ, Shawn.
Hello my friend thanks for this lesson I am learning so much from you I have watched a lot of video's here on you tube yours are the best. Looking forward to the next one play slow learn fast God bless
@@harvdog5669 Nice to meet another brother in Christ. All the glory to God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ. I believe He is coming back soon. But until then, keep picking for our Savior.
Thanks for posting these lessons. I really like the sound of 2 finger and wonder if it could be used as backup by simply playing over chords. If so, how would you approach that technique. Thanks, Rick
It can definitely make a good backup. My suggestion is to learn to play by ear and watch the guitar as it changes chords and you can follow. Blessings in Jesus Christ.
