Grimes is way more upbeat and you know doesn't do the whole blurring the lines between love, sex, and romanticizing rape, and molestation. I don't think there is 1 singular song by Grimes that is like that when most of Nicole's songs are about that topic. Plus Grimes is pop rock, Dollanganger is more of folk, country sounding.
