I used to work as a samsung retail vendor, and saw TWO of the fake s22 ultras. One of them was just a guy who's sister bought it for him and he wanted it set up, and he opted not to tell her. The other was a couple of scammers trying to "trade it in" thinking they'd get cash in a best buy, even if we didn't catch it. We reported it and it turned out they've done this scam in a few stores before, I'm guessing they'd spend whatever credit they got on something they could sell after.
So the best way to determine if your phone is fake or not is to check out the cameras. I've gone through my Note 20 Ultra's camera modes while covering each camera until the screen is black and it turns out to be genuine. Also, the speed and the flow of the screen would immediately tell you if it's genuine or not.
