Albert…I’m a retired manufacturer rep in the boat and marine biz. I experienced what you are shooting many many many times. This brings back some crazy, funny, and sad times. I’m now addicted to the Chit Show!
I swear, I don't know which is better...........Alfred's vids or Alfred's commentary. Well done!! Some of this stuff on the Chit Show is absolutely hilarious............
I want you to know you are our pre- bedtime entertainment!! We cannot end the day without a little Chit Show! We just got our first boat. 22.5 center console Sea Hunt! We watched for three months before it arrived so we would learn what NOT to do!!!
Doesn't anyone in FL have 4 wheel drive! Sure ,I know it dosen't snow but if you own a boat and go to a place with a steep slippery ramp you better have 4 wheel drive! SMH! Us Minnesotaians would of had that out in minutes! Look at everyone standing around looking baffled! Every one including the heavy chick's and 300 pound older dude should jump in the back box! WTF! The Chit show delivers again! Love it! I can't believe with all those pickup truck owners it took so long for someone to pull him out! So quick and easy! What's the plan when they need to get out with the boat on a trailer? Got luck with that! I hope the Chit show will be around when that happens!
That's why if I'm a passenger, I get out before the the vehicle hits the ramp! And I noticed you lowered your voice, because you KNOW them chica ears turn into super radar mode when they're pissed🤣
All they had to do is put the boat back on the trailer and use the power of the boat engine to help push it up out of the water. Easy peasy. Great show .
I just found you, Alfred. My husband and I are already addicted to your channel. You have a way of making a non-event moment come alive with humor and speculation. I've shared your channel with my grandsons who love the water, one was Navy and the other is career Coast Guard. They are now watching, too. Thanks for the humor amidst a serious world.
These Florida city folks can have their little 2wd trucks. My old dually does me well and I get to pull people off the ramp every now and then. Heck one time we had three trucks in total hooked up including mine just to get a sinking cabin cruiser off the ramp. Holy hell that thing was heavy on a wet ramp.
Tell me about it. Stage the damn boat off the ramp, unhook the boat, have someone jump in the boat. Back it in and done. Its not complicated at all. It's scary to think you don't need a license to drive a boat, hence the amount of idiots you see at the ramp and on the water, then add alcohol.
Your voice over is awesome. Especially with your "bloop, bloop, bloop"! Haha. Love the show and love being on the water myself! May have to go be on the chit show!
With rear wheel drive, apply the parking break slowly if one wheel starts to spin and that will make the other wheel join in. Positive traction. Works every time.
So glad I live in Australia. You would not even have to ask for help. Just an example I got back in last weekend to find a flat trailer tyre. End up with three other boat owner helping me change the wheel even helped me put the boat back on the trailer. A number of others stopped to make sure everything was OK and that I had a spare.
The situation immediately reminded of the movie “Speed” where the poor driver can’t take his foot off the brake while everyone stands around trying to decide how to fix the problem. Poor guy! His leg must’ve hurt for weeks!
I see this all the time at the ramp. Lightweight 2wd truck, 4cyl engine and slick skinny street tires and they cannot get up the ramp. Just need to air down the tires about 6 or 8 psi, and have a couple of big dudes climb in the bed and then usually that gets it done. The airing down of the tires usually does the most though, then go top off the air at the first gas station you pass on the way home. Me, I have never and would never own a pickup that was not 4wd.
The only reason she got in the passenger side was to sign the pink slip on that truck to the guy that's gonna get it stuck cause she wants to just go in the boat and get some sun on her moat. Great videos and narration A-DOG!!!!
Just wanted to say Love your Chit Show bro... Great idea and you make it even more entertaining with your commentary... Keep doing you!! from - Lake Okeechobee
When I launch my kayak into the local lake, I always use at least two chock blocks for my pick up truck's tires. I guess people who live in the flat lands do not think about how to park on a slope.
I've helped a few people in that situation. It takes minutes to drop your trailer and just grab a strap. I would of had him out in five minutes. When your right your right Alfred. I'm always willing to help someone out because if I ever need help it would be nice to know someone is willing to help out. It doesn't always have to be a chit show.
I have a 2003 F-150 with the 5.4 triton V-8 and I always have my jump cables a tool box, and now a tow strap just incase I or someone else needs assistance, and if I was there I would tie up to the grey truck, and with little effort help him avoid a potential problem. Something I have noticed watching these videos, this spot compared to the launches in Louisiana that I have noticed is people are less inclined to lend a hand, and I'm not saying it doesn't happen there or people here can't be a**holes, but more people there are rude, will cut people off trying to dock, or block launch lanes, and that's part of why Alfred gets so much footage of idiots at the launch. Even to this day from when I was a kid on the water I always wave as I'm passing another boat, I slow down when passing someone fishing or in a small boat basically I and most other boaters still use courtesy when boating definitely more than people on the road, and I wanna teach my kids the same when I have some. Kindness, and decency are not dead yet, but is in low supply, so we need to work at keeping that way of thinking alive.
I'm thinking almost all Toyota Tacomas, since the early 2000s (including 2 wheel drives) have a locking differential. Push the button, it locks it and it should drive right out. It's the "prevent a Chit-Show Button"

Something a lot of people don't understand is you can lower your tire pressure. Drop it down to about 12 or 13 lb and it can get you out of that situation nine times out of 10

Finally, a good Samaritan saved the truck. What goes around comes around. Nice!
They were lucky, usually the Park Ranger calls the Miami/Dade Police and that's when $$ goes way up !

your show for quite some time and enjoy them, Keep up the great work.
I love their little center console boat, very cool.
OH JESUS ON ROLLER SKATES, it took over 20 minutes to get the boat moving. JEEEEESSSSSSS.
Which is why 4X4 is a must have if your a boater. 4 tires moving is better than 2 .
It’s nice when people help people

On the other end. I see so many 4 wheel drive trucks with nothing in the bed, so they slide all over in the snow.
Perhaps one might use sand on slick boat docks
@@unclegrandpa1378 Give grandpa a cigar! We always carried a sack of sand for traction when needed. These people just don't think!

Alfred, after seeing THE CRUSHER on today's video, I had to come back and watch the NUT CRACKER! LOOOOL
Welcome to the chicho. Barbie was going to tear Ken and his buddies up🎉

That 2WD Taco with racing slicks might as well have been a Prius😆😆😆😆Great entertainment!
That happens in the mid-west too. I used to drive to Huckleberry park in Shawano WI at lunch on Fridays just to watch the pickups float on the ramp.
This is the best show on the internet
I normally give you a thumbs up because you have the best videos
Well that was 23 minutes I will never get back
I wish I could hit the like button more than once. This is soon to be a classic. The King of Black Point!!!!

They do, both rear tires were spinning water at the same time ! :)
In that kind of situation, without help, you can try lower the tyre pressure to gain some grip. Good example bro! Thank you
Those ramps are so smooth. They should be DEEPLY grooved..
Why the fuck are those ramps not lined with rooftop material?! It's very durable and will definitely help with grip.
