Definitely a good video. It's not for my application but I needed the information about about the kit and why I'd need to buy 4 extra bolts to use it on an H2. I only plan on 2". The steering shaft threw me off for a minute but then I remembered mine extends. You also answered the fan question but I don't know if there's a shroud drop bracket kit for the H2 so I'd probably either have to take it out completely or go with the FF DYNAMICS stage 4 electric fan kit I've been wanting which is $460. I can't drive it at highway speeds when it 90 degrees out or more because it overheats so I'll probably go electric.

Same concept. However, the pucks will be in different places.
@@bluecollarhowto3489 thanks good vid
Based on the hand placement...... retired Marine?
Not Marines, but the Army. Some years but not enough to retire.
Come up north hahaha
@3:05 "This piece here has to come off" ????
Same again at @4:20 discussing brake lines having to "come out of here and here" while pointing the camera at the truck frame so we can't see anything.
@30:00 isn't the gas filler extension supposed to go vertically, not horizontally? You gave the bed a lift, you didn't shift it toward the driver's side by 3"!
I'm not stupid in doing these mods and all this stuff hes pointing out just tells me to pay a shop to do it I'm not getting this involved I'm just not that ambitious
Did you ever build your bumper

This dudes camera skills are so wack
very good video
Would the process be pretty similar if not the same for a 97 k1500?
Yes the setup is very similar, so it will be about the same prosses to install.
@@bluecollarhowto3489 good to know, I’ll use your video as a guide. Thanks for the great step by step video and experiences you ran into and what not. Can you post an updated video of your truck?
