I was just about to comment on the starter price... you got there first! Another great video Rob. Happy Christmas to you and Chris (and families), and thanks so much for keeping us entertained and interested!
Just finished my 12 hour shift down steelworks Home for takeaway and can of beer and watching your video on the tv.....perfect evening 👍 Cracking job on the van fellas 👍
Two things I noticed that are no surprise whatsoever; maths on the back of an envelope and the house is spotlessly clean & tidy. Another great video, keep it up in 2021, Rob.
You are a car dealer with a moral compass, now that is a refreshing trait to exhibit, sir! Live long and prosper and thank you for the videos as I understand that they take a fair amount of time and effort to compose and edit. As they say here in Thailand Chok Dee Pi Mi or good luck in the new year!
@@Alexander_l322 Me either. I don't know the first thing about cars but I watch every video. I think it's cos I'm from Essex and they talk like me. Now I'm waffling too.
Darn those injectors are pricey ! Crazy to think it’s an ongoing problem and ford has not come up with a version to replace those at a better price! Cheers gents ! 👍🇨🇦
One thing I like about Rob. He always reads your messages and give a like . And most times will get back . Keep up good work mate . Love ya channel and your keeping us all watching . Shows alot mate
All the best for Christmas and 2021 to you and yours, Rob, and to Chris and his family. And many, many thanks for keeping us all so thoroughly entertained (and educated) throughout a truly dire year. Nice chair, BTW!👍
It’s probably worth sending one of the old set of injectors out for a refurb as you are more than likely going to get another van and it will be much cheaper than a new set
Shouldn't use thinners on 2k solid paint as starts eating into paint panel wipes the way forward works just as good 👍 or use 50-50 mix of water and methylated spirits
another great honest video rob this world is way short of genuine people like you guys i know its a successful buisness but you are not out to rip people off which is a refreshing change in this climate at the moment so once again keep up the great videos
Rob & chris, when I first came accross your channel i thought it was a bit crappy to be fair. However, having followed you for some time now, i have to retract my thoughts on the work you do. The most outstanding thing with your channel & business for me is how GENUINELY honest you have come through & i really do respect you for that! You two guys may not be front runners for being millionaires in an instant, but I believe that because of your honesty & transparency, you will have easy & quick sales! Keep up the good work both of you & I am a subscriber now. And to use you're terminology Rob, (that's enough waffle from me). Good channel.

Hi Rob I can’t see anyone needing highway maintenance now Kent is a car park/lorry park 🤐 Great to see you still working guys Happy Christmas and thanks for the videos.
You guys have made this year go by alot easier, thank you for the time and effort you both put into these videos, both of you and your families have a very happy Xmas and hopefully a very prosperous new year. Thank you
Hi Rob and Chris, guys, thanks for your hard work to bring us quality content this year, it's really appreciated. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to you both. Looking forward to what you bring us next year guy's. Cheers, Alex.
Hi Rob and Chris, I just wanted to thank you for inspiring me to tackle this stuff myself. I am a minister of a church with no exceptional skills for working at cars. Having said that I am restoring an 83 Alfa gtv6, I drive an 88 Land Rover 90 everyday, and I spent a few hours today taking my wifes 2015 Yeti 4x4 apart which she used the front of last week to trim a local farmers hedge. Thank you so much! Keep up the good work.
Like the way you ask a reasonable price when you sell and don't get into a price war. Honest selling of a great little van .Keep rescuing these cars for another life .Well done.
Are the injectors not servicable by an injector specialist at all Rob?... It's amazing how much better they look without those stickers :) Clean back doors make all the difference 🤣🤣🤣
That van looks so much nicer without those stripes. Reminds me of one of my Mums cars we bought from an auction - it was an ex-fire chief car. No matter what was used to remove the sticky residue, whenever the car got a bit dirty, the areas that had the chevrons showed up really dirty. If UA-cam was around then, we may have used your method to get rid of it altogether! Thanks for a great year of interesting videos, I hope you both _(and your families)_ have a fantastic Christmas! Cheers.
Can I just say I hope you both have a very good Christmas and a very prosperous new year. I’m stuck in doors with the family we all have come down with the COVID bug and stuck indoors to the 28th we all have got very mild symptoms just no energy but at least I have your back catalogue to catch up on. I’ve only missed a few episodes when I found you. You have been a life saver stops me going mad. Take care keep up the good work you both are a credit to your trade and UA-cam.
Worthwhile investment then! If they're such a common fault they're taking the p*as with the price of those injectors cos they must sell enough of them.
Someone should mount an investigation re the price of those injectors, especially as they seem to have a reputation of being a faulty, short lived, product. Designed obsolesence - probably. Highly profitable - certainly!
Hi Rob, & Chris, this has been a completely dreadful year for everyone. Your videos have provided a real high point for those of us petrolheads who love to watch and learn. Another great video from yourselves. I eagerly await updates on the Mini, and the other projects. Guys thanks for all your efforts in producing these videos I wish you and your families a great Xmas and new year. Keep safe and well....see you in the next one !
I know it was time-lapsed, but the two of you lads washing that van in such co-ordination, was like a choreographed arrangement. Loved it guys. Thanks as always. Happy Crimbo.
Blimey Rob & Chris, that van looks immaculate on camera! The rear doors still look brand new thanks to the vinyl covering protecting them from new and much smarter now with all vinyl and stripes removed. Any working person will be happy to be using it I’m sure. Nice job as always boys, have a good one! 🎅🏼👍
Hi Rob, another great video, the van starts and goes.the injectors were a bit pricey but well worth it,looks better with the reflective stripes off, nice work.

Those stripes and chevrons are highway chapter 8 livery, which have to be applied to any vehicle working on highway maintenance contracts. Fitted hundreds For major highway companies. Very expensive material too.
The 3m prismatic honeycomb reflective stuff was the worst to get off. Big sprinters and the like used to go in the paint shop oven to soften up the glue first. Glad I don’t do that anymore! Chapter 8 highway markings.........would make a lovely read over a Christmas ...............Thanks to you both for keeping thousands of us sane during times of lockdown with your epic and varied channel content.
