Loved this, even with Lindsey Buckingham, singing, and powerful guitar playing. Christine McVie was so amazing, and,Nicks didn’t need backup singers

The line-up with Bob Welch is so much better! on the scale 0 - 10 I give this one a 5 and with Bob Welch a 10.

It’s sad to see what’s happened to WPLR. It was my FM station back in the seventies. Stone Man. Music was my only friend. New Haven Colosseum. Many great concerts. Jim Koplik and Shelly Finkel. Now WPLR is a corporate owned quote “classic rock station”. I’m in Wallingford now probably about 2 miles from where the Trod Nossel Studio used to be. Toads Place was always a bit too buttoned up for me. Yes, they brought in the bands, but they never let you cut loose. Want to know a bar in New Haven that let you party? Tha Agora Ballroom. Saw The James Montgomery Blues Band there. Had a great time. I remember WPLR used to broadcast live once a week from the Elm City Diner. Me and a couple of my friends went down once. The DJ came by our table and put a microphone down and lo and behold we were live on the air. We all chatted for about five minutes and he asked us if we had a music request. I said yeah, play some Doors, Road House Blues. After all, The Doors immortalized the city in their song Peace Frog. Thank you so much for this post. 🎸☮️✌️💕

WPLR, Trod Nossel, and Toads are are all Conneticut icons from the 70s and later. Good recording. My opinion is that Buckingham does a fine job, but Stevie's lower range than Christine's changes the song, and not for the better. Wish they'd have let the great Christine McVie do the harmonies. It's sad that Bob Welch wasn't brought in when Fleetwood Mac was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - he was a great talent in his own right and the band owes him a lot of credit for keeping them going after all three of the original guitartists left. He and Christine are up there with Peter Green and Danny Kirwan - overshadowed by the dominance of Buckingham and Knicks in popular culture, but brilliant in their own rights.

Thanks Teddy, what I would have given to have seen the original band, I mean, OK, I was doing the house and monitor mix, there's something to be said for having the best seat in the house for one of the best bands on the planet, but I hear what you're saying about Christine and I wasn't surprised when she left the band.

Where is Bob Welch? He invented and wrote this song.

Like the ordinal studio version by Bob Welsh better, but Lindsey's guitar and vocals on this live version are solid but the chorus vocals are a little off.

Buckingham was as good as any guitarist to play for FM...

Bob Welch does this way better than Buckingham. Well it’s his song.
