just got a similar counter depth model today. coming from a samsung chef series. it was garbage. leaked in several areas and the ice maker crapped out. we had that replaced and the new one was done in less than 1 year. bought the lg after researching tvs a few years ago and seeing the lg cx was the way to go and we were very impressed and pleased with it. plan on getting lg for future washer dryer as wel

Great video! Would it be possible to show the view looking straight on when the doors are opened 90 degrees? The specs sheet says over 4" of door edge clearance is needed on either side and we have a counter top on the left side of our fridge that prevents a door from opening too far. Wondering if we really need that much space, but it's hard to tell, the left door looks pretty thick. I can't find any videos of people showing how much wider the fridge gets around the 90 to 110 degree marks, especially on the left door.

@@TheStrivering I saw that, thanks. I'm really after what the clearance on the outside of the left door looks like to see how quickly it would contact our counter since the doors seem to have a bit of a convex curve to them.

Do you recall how long it took for your first batch of ice to start? I just bought this model and the ice tray still has not filled with water after 12 hours. Everything else is working in the unit.
I believe it was 24 hours. I don't remember exactly but I think I had to throw the first batch out.
Can you turn off the ice maker in the freezer area?
