Wow!! When you finished the one with the reindeer , I saw stunning, my favorite! Then the cheese lid one was incredible! Then the frames , never saw anything as original and beautifully done!! You are amazing!! Thank you for sharing your talents with us ❤❤❤ Jeanne Baton Rouge 36:07
Oh my gosh Yvonne at 10:15 in the video those are actually called sola wood flowers they are actually made from the cassava plant or the tapioca plant I don’t think they grow in the US but they do warm countries and what I found surprising I was watching this video while I was dying my wood flowers because I do things with wood flowers too and I thought you would never do anything with them I’m so shocked that made my day
These were all very pretty! It's so kind that you share your process so others can learn how to make lovely decor. Thanks for sharing your (very many) talents with us!
Everything turned out beautiful. You were killing me with those 2 frames. I said she's lost her mind. I should of known you would paint them. Great save. (Oh I can't stand gold stuff) I'm using my nice mouth. 😂
Your projects are so creative and well planned, while still allowing some spontaneous elements! Have you ever tried Beacon Fabric Tack glue? It doesn't sit up as quickly as hot glue, but faster than other glues. It's a great alternative to hot glue when working with delicate objects!
I think that people where I live don’t have good taste! I never thrift, or find anything as cool as you find! We used to be able to salvage from the dump but not anymore.😖 I live vicariously through you❤️!
The wheel is a buggy, baby pram wheel, I have one in my house. I can't tell for ure, but the flowers look like Solawood Flowers - made from wood, and soaked to be softer.
Thanks you so much for sharing your processes and your decision making. Your think aloud style is very helpful. I have been a creator for many, many years ( like 60 years if you count starting to make Barbie doll clothes made by cutting up socks when I was in 2 nd grade 😊). I have learned about new products and new techniques!
I love the wagon wheel! Those are Sola Wood Flowers!! I used those for my wedding. You can dye them any color you want so if you ever want to, mix paint with 2 parts water and about a tablespoon of glycerin from Walmart. They'll actually stay that soft forever! I dyed mine all fall colors and mixed them with pompous grass, dried greenery, and wheat sprigs. My bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces were gorgeous! They last forever because they're all wood. I wish I could send you pics!! I decorated my whole wedding, including my cakes for $150. Beautiful! ☺️💐 I love how you decorate! I've got a lot of inspiration from your work for my channel, Lady Poe Designs. I'm still learning so I love watching you. 💜
Oh my favorite was the 2 frames!!! How unique! I a also have a couple of the hanging baskets that aren't "selling" so those were a great inspiration to me also! Thank you again for another wonderful video!
Those are beautiful i love the frames my daughtet is getting married in July and she is wanting natural decor so i think these might work well around the venue.
What a neat way to make paper flowers! Thanks for showing us! It made that odd frame!❤ Oh, the wheel is precious!🎉 I love the deer in the hanging basket! Love the chippiness!😊 The cheese box lid has my heart!😮 The frames are gorgeous, Yvonne!❤ The baskets are so stinking cute!😊 Love it all!❤
Love that you showed how to make those paper flowers. Yes, those are solo wood flowers. You can sometimes find them at the dollar store. You can also take some paint and water mixture and dye them. My daughter's wedding bouquet was made completely of solo wood flowers.
The cheese hoop lid is fantastic. I like to hear you say you use what you have. Of course, “ what you have” is a whole different world than what I have on hand. But I still enjoy seeing that you don’t waste your product. Happy New Year!
Did you start creating when you were in the crib. Hard to believe that one person has so much talent. Your creations are beautiful. Keep on creating & God Bless you & yours.
When you were doing the frames and came to the flowers, I got a big smile when you decided to make a bouquet, I said to myself, "atta girl, that's what this needs!" The picks you put in with the reindeer looked like snow balls, perfect!! ❤
I don't know if anyone else mentioned this but when cutting out the spiral for the paper flowers you could make the cut curvy instead of straight for just a subtle difference. I love your inspirational videos! Your creations are so unique and beautiful! Happy New Year🎉!
🪔I love your work, especially the Frames, the big one with the little one attached BUT I never would have painted those two lovely little baskets😉😭...Thank you , take care..
Hello Yvonne, I loved each transformation!! I always look forward to seeing what you will makeover next!! Thank you so much for sharing. Sincerely, Diane.😊
30:36...I could see some chicken wire type material on the back of the big frame & then the baby's breath attached to that. I love the small frame placement on the big frame. I would have never thought to do that & it gives it such depth. As always, another great video!
Love your projects. They're always unique and not cookie cutter type items. When you were trying to remove some of the paint with the basket I wondered if like a vegetable scrub brush might work for you. Thanks for all the wonderful content.
I love , love , love the Rusty Crusty wheel ! 🥰 It looks like it may have come off of a very old baby carriage / buggy . My other favorite is the beautiful cheese box lid ! I need to try this with some of mine as well as the lids to my wooden bushel baskets . As always ~ beautiful re-creations !
OMG I was in a literal PANIC about what we could POSSIBLY make after all that amazing Christmas stuff you did! Welp...you did it!!! Thank you for keeping us all inspired and cranking out all the great content- LOVE watching you create!! 😘
Love the oval wood frame. It's already beautiful and now it's totally awesome !! I've made those spirals out of felt. I put mine on a square frame with some tule. I made felt too they turned out wonderful. Yours are pretty also ! I have so much craft paper that could be used to make these. They wouldn't be as flimsy as ones made from book pages or copy paper. Maybe that would be a good thing, maybe not. I'll have to let you know how it works when I try it.
Super cute, love the wheel! My 12 yr old son was watching with me and loves the round lid you did (you know it's good when a young boy can appreciate it)
I just adore your DIY's, up styling, decor, creativity, inspiration... ... Let's get GCR to 100K in 2024! 😍

You are the queen of thrift flipping I am watching you for a while you are natural unique and amazing thank you for your inspo blessings💝💖💗♥
I’m no expert, but I feel like the round frame with the roses is needing MORE!! I say that purely from my own perception. You are the Queen of DIYs😇
I love ticking and grain stripes. Love love
You can use a real tomato peel it in a spiral and roll it up like you did with paper. Put the finished tomato rose on a salad to make it look pretty.
You my dear are thee best craft channel on you tube. I love your style!
Thank you
I absolutely loved the wheel as well as the frames...however, I liked everything.
I believe the wood flowers are probably Sola Wood. They are fairly reasonably priced too.
While I watch you make these creations I wonder if you sometimes have to rest your mind and how do you do that. You never seem to run out of ideas.
You do some of the prettiest decor I have seen on UA-cam.
Love your frame with white roses.
You are so creative. I can’t stop watching your videos. So glad I found you. Happy New Year
They are fantastic.
They are all lovely projects but I especially love the sweet little hanging baskets with the white berries. Somehow calming.

Love. Your items. Cotton buds would go nice as well in the cheese box top with cotton paper
I think those are sola flowers. Look up and see what they’re made of. It’s a certain type of plant. They can be colored as well. Really cool looking.
