Love that you use things that some may consider past their expiration date, like the little skiing Santa and the broken stirrup. Your projects aren’t just beautiful. They evoke feelings and memories of bygone times. I just love them.
I LOVE hoping onto UA-cam and seeing "Ginger Chick Rehab just uploaded a new video!" Both your channels are ar the very top of my watch list! I cant ever get enough Yvonne! ❤❤❤
I love the stirrups. They are perfectly perfect. I snag cigar boxes when I can. What a great idea to use them for vignettes. Now I have a reason to grab all I can find. What a fun filled video. Happy creating.
Please take this as a kind gesture ... It is "sparked your interest". As in a spark of light. Your vignettes are so darling and inventive. Those flower shapes are star anise!
You never cease to amaze me with your creative works of art!! Yes, they are indeed works of art. With all these ideas running through your head, how can you sleep, girl??
I honestly smile through every video you post. It is such a joy watching you create, hearing your thoughts process and seeing the outcome. I absolutely love your creations.
Yvonne, your creativity knows no bounds. You use items in THE most unexpected ways. The stirrups and bells became something totally new when bound together with greenery!
Each and every one of those are so special. Just thinking about the little girls gloves, the well loved ornaments in the dipper, to the broken stirrup that had seen many days of riding. Each one tells a story. I love, love them all. So special. God Bless, Hugs, Rebekah
Love the cigar box! How fun?!❤ How appropriate are the spice cans in the sifter? And the cinnamon and Star Anise! Precious!😊 I’m not a fan of Xmas, but your touch on those letters is fabulous! Rusty crusty!🎉 oh my that enamel pot! So stinking cute!❤Oh my! That frame is so sweet!😊 The stirrups! I’m so glad you saved! I could see a number stenciled on one! Love the bells! Beautiful! 🎉 Love them all! Thank you!❤
I've said it many times, but I'll say it again I love everything you put your magic hands on. I think it's because you love all your pieces and it just makes your crafts stand out. The one with the baby shoes stold my heart. Then you brought those bells to the table and they are fantastic too. Love all of it!! ❤
I’m so inspired by the way you take things, put them together with other items and come up with ART! I’ve started to look at everything in my house with out-of-the-box eyes! Thanks you,❤😊
The spice is called star anise. Delicious in curry. My favourite today is the stirrup wall hanging. The bells justified the breaks perfectly. Perfectly imperfect.
Your cabinet is beautiful. Your use of your flower frog inspired me. I have a glass one in a silver, footed dish that I filled with canyon canes as you did. I absolutely love it. Thank you for your continued inspiration. ❤
I think those little star looking things are star anise. It is a spice! I do believe! I’m not 100% sure though. I think it has a licorice like taste! I’m 70 and I remember as a child my mother used it in a candy. She put it in like vodka and did it like when you make vanilla!! That was a LONG TIME AGO so I think this is what and how it is used
Wow you're the only person in the world that has never burned yourself with the glue from a glue gun. Nark my next door neighbor is a painter and says he's never got paint on his face.
Im sure u are probably tired of hearing how great this & that but seriously you are beyond creative. Truly a gift wgen u see things put then together & everyone is standing back scratching their head saying "well she did it again,,, didnt see that one coming " i truly love your enthusiasm i ❤ both channels u & Chris are great!!!
Oh my gosh!! So excited that you’re doing this again!! I’ve been in my rusty tins and smalls , been creating like crazy !! It’s because you are such an inspiration!!! Love everything you create !! I think we could be sisters Lol!! I’m actually working on an old sifter and a green speckled enamelware pot like you’re using the red and white one. I can’t believe I’m duplicating what you’re doing this evening! I think we literally have the same stash. Lol!
Love how your image and creat things from recycled materials. Love your channel I'm hoping through watching inspiring videos that I will get out of my wheel chair faster. I don't use it at all in the house just use it for my kidney dialysis treatments.
Beautiful! Family memories in a frame is a wonderful idea. You do know I've run out of words- your on top of that mountain of artistic crafty ideas for using everything. You are a great inspiration to many!
Your small, round, brown additions are called 'star anise'. They are a delicious and interesting addition to concoctions like mulled wine at Christmas. I have an old sifter so enjoyed that presentation. I also have an exact duplicate of your cigar box, only in slightly better shape. Somebody was throwing it away. I'd been wondering what to do with it. Thanks for the idea.
The stirrup swag is very holiday appropriate. In some countries St Nicholas arrives on a white horse not a sleigh with flying reindeer This was my favorite very classic deco.
I’m never disappointed when I watch your makeover projects. Just love them all 😊. The little stars are called star anise used sometimes in making mulled wine 🍷and lots of Christmas recipes, love from Ireland 💚☘️
Love your ideas!! I don't have to thrft at all! I just pray that my health gets better where i can use your ideas to help spark the generations of family things I have kept!!❤
Hello Yvonne! OMG, these are gorgeous, all of them! You never disappoint and always inspire us to think outside the box. Beautiful Creations. Thanks for all you do for us. Take care and God bless 😊
Yvonne, I love everything. I too have the Ryobi glue gun and do the same thing, I turn it off and on. I recent I treated myself with the newest Ryobi glue. The battery and charger are one and the gun is removable. I love it. The glue gun is so much lighter. I don’t think it gets quite as hot as the one you have, but works so well. Only drawback is it uses the smaller diameter glue sticks. Thank you for sharing your visions. 😎😎❤️❤️
Love that you use things that some may consider past their expiration date, like the little skiing Santa and the broken stirrup. Your projects aren’t just beautiful. They evoke feelings and memories of bygone times. I just love them.
Thank you for noticing
The star shaped spice is star anise! Love the box! ❤ beautiful
All your projects were amazing, but those stirrups were the star of the show.
I can’t believe how beautiful the broken stirrups and crusty bells came together! All the protects are beautiful but the stirrups are my favorite!

I love the stirrups. They are perfectly perfect. I snag cigar boxes when I can. What a great idea to use them for vignettes. Now I have a reason to grab all I can find. What a fun filled video. Happy creating.
