Hi from Australia! 16months clean keto, carnivore for past 3 months. Been nothing but positive- 70lbs down, Hb1Ac 4.0, low triglycerides and has stopped my trigeminal neuralgia. Coming over to the US for a holiday and am a bit nervous about trying to keep eating clean carnivore over there. I am like Chris, never even think about cheating or eating anything sweet but hope I can continue that way over there!

I am so happy that LMNT started doing the unflavored I cannot tolerate stevia at all and I kept saying “ I wish someone would make electrolytes without stevia” so glad LMNT has.

Laura, I just wanted to say thank you for being such a consistently positive influence of this woe. You have helped me stick it out, and with 6 kids ages 22-11, it’s not always easy. I’m grateful for your content-it’s probably my fave, and for good reason 😊

Doing it alone at 78! So much easier than having to put up with family and acquaintances who don't support it. Love air fryer to cook meat. I am now usually disappointed with restaurant cooked meats. You couldn't pay me to eat the old way.

I agree. Replacement "food" is not a choice for some. (Although it doesn't come near being a vegetarian and eating fake meat.)
I also observe replacement "food" makes prep time so much longer and the beauty of carnivore is fast and easy meal prep. Another benefit of carnivore is learning how many chemicals are in the offerings at the grocery store. Seems nothing is clean there to buy. Read the labels friends! Thank you both, you look very happy and healthy. God bless you!

7 Years of Keto to date. 1 year prior I quit sugar and began removing all other carbs from my diet. Researched keto extensively then took the plunge. At first I would try to make keto bread and look for any alternative to pasta and potatoes. Finally, I realized that meat and greeens was my life. However, I do eat avocados when they are not overly priced. Kale is amazing, much better than spinach for cooking. Other greens are just as wonderful. Turnips and Parsnip can replace potatoes in certain recipies like Instant Pot meat dishes such as beef stew. However, I tend to put in Kale just the same. Bought a dehydrator for me and my dog. I make home made beef and chicken jerky every few days; wonderful snacks and treats. Keto is easy. Carnivore is easier. My only warning is that carnivore is not cheap. Even keto is not cheap. You can live on pennies if all you eat is pasta and potatoes and other sugary crap. Meat is costly but frankly I am very willing to pay.

I loved your video of your Costco haul of pork tenderloin and how you divided and cooked it for multiple meals. If you could do that with other cuts of meat, especially ones that need to be slow cooked because they are the cheaper cuts that would be great. We finally joined Costco but we don’t know what cuts to buy and how to cook them. Thanks!

❤Would you please ask Dr. Judy Cho if she would consider doing a podcast on how the carnivore diet can help people suffering from LONG COVID? Perhaps she’s helped many patients with LC through the Carnivore diet. Maybe a poll asking? It helped me after 8 months but sadly my body still thinks I have covid-19. Have to remain carnivore to live life out of my bedroom and in bed otherwise!😊. I was fit and healthy but my rental was riddled in mold! Can’t afford to move but Dr. Cho’s recommendations have greatly helped me! I’m back to work after 4 years off!!!😊. It’s a mouthful, sorry.😞

It's difficult doing any eatplan on your own ...... My husband is very quick to criticize my weight. I am very aware of the fact that I'm too short for my weight.... I need to lose about fifteen kg. I can do it. I came across this carnivore diet watching all your videos and started eating carnivore.
I still have to cook for my husband though veggies etc... He did well on keto. Lost a lot of weight. BUT
Lately the husband has picked up weight as well .... He does lose weight easier than me .....
Its hard to be criticized all the time.
He is not perfect, nobody is ....... I'm aware of my weight problem and other shortcomings. I don't live in a dream world.
Thank you for all your videos. It does help SO MUCH.

My question is how do I stay on track with him doing this around me? I broke down and had Ice cream and now I’m not full on with the diet and I dont want to look at it as a diet I want to look at it as a new way of eating. Please help get me started.

@@melindanormanblackwell8010 I am not an expert but have listened to many videos and follow many on this way of eating . Think about this not as diet but an elimination process of all the junk and processed foods and sugars which are killing us . Try to do it for yourself and once he sees the good changes in you, he may end up joining you on this process ! I feel so much better eating this way. No join pain most of the time ! My knees used to take a crackling sound when going upstairs guess what !? NO more ! Eat butter ! Fatty meats and eggs ! It really makes a difference!
