If that's a dual clutch, that's likely the culprit of the shaky vibration noise. If its only under low rpm/louder under heavy load and low rpm, its probably that dual clutch.
The most important preventative maintenance measure are rod bearings. It’s also important to change your oil frequently with a 10W 60 oil. These engines are not plagued by nearly as much as the S65/s85 are And overall, the engine is quite simple. Sensors for it are shared amongst other models of engines and parts are generally still very cheap. Especially with the multitude of aftermarket suppliers to choose from. Given all that, I feel that the reliability is generally one of the highest for an M engine, and if/when it does fail, it most likely wouldn’t be catastrophic and can easily be repaired
