Sadly if the officers are about 1 in 1000 belts and you haven't had one yet your average expected time to get one is still another 1000 belts :(

I was lucky and unlucky. I got an Office after aproximatly 100-200 belts. But it dropped no Office Module. But around 500mil in faction modules
