"that will not fly in this modern age but because it happened at around 2000's it was acceptable"
Oh stop with this. Either you're a kid or have rose-tinted glasses. You can say stuff now that you couldn't in the 50s. The last 20 years did not invent the concept of things being offensive or taboo.
@@BonusEggs4Sale I think he was more referring to how the WWE was in the 2000s vs now. Because yes things can still be said these days, but not necessarily on broadcasted TV.
Cancel culture ruined art.
Peacemaker wins friendship
This is the most ridiculous opening that I've ever seen.
I FUC**** LOVED IT!!!!
This is one of the best openings to a television show ever. And my fiancé and I are constantly discussing whether this took 100 weeks to film because everybody kept laughing or if they did it in one amazing shot.
I really hope James Gunn releases some bloopers for this show in the future like other show/movie creators have. They'd be hilarious.
@@the_grim_gamer3039 pretty sure he released some bloopers/behind the scenes on his twitter
Danielle Brooks said she kept moving her face and Gunn? Or someone had to tell her to stop it a bunch of times so 100 weeks.
The most surprising part is learning that this song came out in 2011
I have a feeling this almost like ominous foreshadowing. Like their faces never crack because they are under butterfly control. Still, I love this opening.
if you watch the cops at 0:57 they bend their arms for a split second which kinda looks like wings and then the police captain guy puts his fingers up to his mouth to kinda hint at the whole butterfly thing. nice little details there
Oh that’s interesting… but oh no I don’t want them to become butterflies
Not gonna lie, I had this same thought the other day, and now I'm legit scared this will happen and ruin an otherwise awesome show journey. I mean, I know there's probably some bad endings waiting for some people. I just hope it's not on this scale.
@@cnam73 also at the end, everyone in the background slightly moves their arms if you look closely
Official newest trending intro ever in history. And even the song is the coolest fit for a intro.
Who else is watching this after the Kombat Pack 1 reveal for MK1? This has to be Peacemakers friendship if they bring those back for MK1
This is one of the best tv show opening credits ever. I can't stop watching it.
0:42-0:52 neither am I.
This intro is so insane and ridiculous that I have no choice but to love every single second of it XD
AW! Eagly wants to dance, too! So cute!!! And everyone else did a great job! Can't wait for season two!
You can tell everyone is having fun working on this show from an opening like this.
Hey a streaming show intro that I DON'T immediately skip each time.
After seeing this like 800 times I think the part that I enjoy the most is the fact that they put a chair so the neighbor actor could stay dancing for the final shot. It makes my heart pump.
The best opening sequence ever!!! The Emmy's should have a category for this! This makes me so happy!
One of the best intros ever hands down
I ain’t gonna lie. That is some great choreography.
Simple yet timed so well with the song.
I wonder how many takes it took to perfect the movements and timing.
Well made and so intricately put together. It’s fantastic
Daredevil, Cowboy Bebop, DBS, The Sopranos. All perfect in their own genre for intros. Peacemaker now enters that marquee list.
you mean Cowboy Bepop the anime surely
Don't forget Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Breaking bad?
The simpsons, friends, futurama, rick and morty, how I met your mother ans community too
Guy Ritchie
Love how Peacemaker showed up and instantly outclassed every Marvel show.
Not daredevil
@@peeppoos6050 *MCU show
Not Loki.
It outclassed Loki although I did enjoy Loki
Please. MoonKnight, Loki and Wanda are far better show.
This intro is literally perfect and describes peacemaker perfectly
More shows should put this much heart and effort into their intros. But I expect only the best from James Gunn.
When come tell good storytelling and characters James Gunn is the best ,you should watch the specials ,his early work,
Everyone in that movie have story to tell
I like to imagine vigilante was secretly smiling under his mask
Entro aqui cada dia a ver esta obra de arte de opening.
Conserje: Ohhh Peacemaker😃
Peacemaker:SI!!!!😃
Conserje: Eres el superheroe racista😡
Peacemaker:NO!!!!☹️
This is such a perfectly ridiculous and fantastic intro, they struck gold. I can still re-watch it and smile.
I loved the show and I never skipped the intro.
The only online show I'm watching where I never skip the intro.
On another note...is it me or does the Peacemaker show have that Harley Quinn series feel to it, but live action?
x2
That's because of the lights and the colour it has a Harley feel
Good comparison, and both great shows.
You know Marvel firing James Gunn was the greatest thing to ever happen to DC.
He made the best DC movie in the last decade and now made the best DC television series in the last decade.
lol and Doom Patrol?
Ummm the Flash and Arrow would like to know your location also btw Marvel rehired him to make GOTG 3
@@kvngirvng9475 flash and arrow? 🗑️
Joker says hello
Hmmmm…. No
What’s also great abt this intro is it gets better every episode u watch it because u understand the charcacters more and more, making this so much more entertaining
This is freaking hilarious. I seriously need to see all the bloopers made by the cast during the filming of this intro.
Abertura maravilhosa 😂❤👏👏👏
0:53 Robert Patrick never make me died of laughter
The intro is so hypnotic.
It seems that James Gunn is unafraid of getting too comic booky, as he knows how to handle it perfectly.
Peacemaker better do this dance as a victory cut scene in the new mortal kombat😂
Nono make this his friendship ending
That or he gets a hug from Eagly
This aged VERY WELL
Mtfkr... you nailed it!
0:44 look closely in the back of the stage on the left. Judomaster is peeking out.
I've never skipped a single intro watching this series. Too epic 💯
This is the unapologetically absurd kind of opening you rarely find outside of anime these days. I'm obsessed with it.
