I have actually stayed at Ura before- I loved it regardless of it being small through an airbnb because of the community sense in the area especially at night. it is a great place for family lol - the only thing I didn’t like was the commute with taxi , it was expensive
Hey Lamide, really loved the apartment viewings and the different areas you went to, gives me motivation to one day afford my own place. I don't know if you have already checked out in City Walk as well, it's right opposite Business Bay.
How does it work when renting these unfurnished apartments? They don’t have an oven, fridge or washing machine, no furniture. Are there services for second hand furniture/appliences? Is buying brand new ones very expensive since they aren’t built in the UAE and have to be imported? And what happens after your lease ends? Are there services that collect them? Does the landlord own them now? If I buy a fridge and a bed frame and after a year move or go back to my country what are the options? This may seem small but I’m just curious
I like Business Bay, 'cause at first those remote places (yeah I'm exaggerating a bit) seem OK, but then not so much if it's your commute, unless the place is amazing. Anyways there's a nice new place in Business Bay, AED 85k + but 7-10 mins from the Metro.
I miss Lamide's apartment-hunting videos so much! I would watch them everyday before sleep before moving here
More videos like these pleaseee!!!
On it!
That last development was giving unplanned-outdoor-space. It definitely was an afterthought.
Make more and more vidéos like these please!!!!! 😍😍
Very helpful video! Would love to see more flat tours in the Marina area if possible :)
Noted!
Wow... The first one is minimum £2,800 a month with £6k service charge for the year in london😂😂. This life man...
Facts 😭
You earn a lot more in London than Dubai
London is a scam
@mturzo which also gets taxed 😂
No one cares about London it’s a dump

Yes the area is so good for families, I spent new years there as well and it was such a vibe, but yeah the distance makes it expensive
Love your videos Lámidé, and your useful information. Looking forward to seeing more of them and more vlogs. Love you 🥰
Aww love you guys! You guys are the best honestly 🥹🤍🤍

Hey, loved seeing the apartments. Prices are crazy compared to London. Would you consider buying rather than renting in Dubai?

These 1 beds at under 500 sqft should ideally be studios, anything less than 700 sqft is a rip off (plus these sizes include balcony area 😢).
wow, I really like the apartment; a lot more affordable than in London.
Loved it, thank you so much!!
First things first, you are gorgeous lol. Secondly as someone intending to indulge in property investment in Dubai, I found this insightful
I would love it if you could make a video on why you resigned😊💕 wishing you the best
Great as always
Thank you!

What is AED?
AED is the short form for the United Arab Emirates Dirham, the currency of the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
You can also just say dirham.
$2300 for any Americans watching
Meanwhile I’m getting smoked over central London rent 🥲🥲
