Lovely House of The Week...good location as the Village of Rio Grande is close to Spanish Springs. The food at Artman's Smokehouse looked delicious.

I am always checking The Villages' web page and looking at models and floorplans, so when I see you list that information, it's easy for me to envision the inside floorplan. Your house of the week is beautiful! I need to stay where I am for 5 more years, but I'll recommend you if anyone I know is interested in moving sooner.

I think Jerry and Linda have mentioned Artman's BBQ favorably. I don't think I've noticed that Cameraman is a vegetarian. Is he a Pescatarian? All of the meals look DELISH! Looks like there's plenty of room for a pool on the HOTW. 🏊♂ Love to know which furnishings are included. Thanks for another great video, Jana and Cameraman.
You are correct , Cameraman is a pescatarian. He usually says vegetarian to avoid confusion. I will email you a list of what is not staying

I was just looking at that listing on the MLS last night in Rio Grande. It's the prettiest house on the market in that price range. Very tasteful renovations!
We are looking to buy in about 6 months, but if I had everything lined up now, I'd definitely be interested in that one!

For the homes featured on What Do I Get For My Money?...all 4 homes sold price was quite a bit less than the listing price. Three of the 4 homes were on the market for quite a while. One home on the market for 270 days...interesting.
The homes have to be priced right from the first day. If not they will possibly be there a long time
@tnek6591 so I guess "But the Smith family down the block got $××××××× for their house last year, and our house is more attractive/updated...etc than their house" does not apply in the real estate market of mid-2024?
'What I get for my money is my favorite segment. Why wouldn't anyone want to know what houses are selling for, even though comparable sales have so many possible variables. Number two piqued my interest.

Hi! It’s in Rio Grande which is quite close to Spanish Springs but also easy to get to Lake Sumter Landing.
Thank you for the video. I really like a lot of the editing changes you made to your video. With one small concern, in your featured home you changed from a “walk thru” style to a “bounce around the home” style. This is definitely more artistic and efficient, but it left me confused as to the layout/floor plan of the home. I wonder if there is a happy medium somewhere in there…?
Thank you for comment. We agree with you and will do walk through again. We have to try different things from time to time. Some work and some don’t. We are always looking at ways to improve and try and keep the content interesting. Having people comment is very helpful to us and we really appreciate it. Thank you.
